Noruega RoelIve tried a number of different flower shops in Dubai, but none of them stand close to Sentiments flowers. Its something special that they do and the way they create their unique flower compositions. Each bouquet is created with the sense of beauty and heart in it. I recommend it to everyone whether you want to make a nice surprise to your second half or you organize an event and need to decorate it with fresh flowers. Wasim ChoudhuryI had the address of the recipient wrong, after the delivery guy called me in another country, going from building to building, talking to reception desk attendances, doing everything he could to het the flowers delivered. When we were unable to get hold of the recipient we agreed that he will return the delivery and then delivered after they were able to reach the recipient, Ive amend the address, and arrange a suitable time!! Everything done with a smile at no additional cost! Best of all? Flowers still gorgeous! Thank You for your superb service and great product! Amazing value for money and amazing customer service

Adiee AGI needed two dozen roses for my friend’s birthday in February at the last minute and thw customer service helped me go through! The roses were beautifully arranged, the vase was decorated with a matching ribbon and honestly the price was decent. My friend was happy and so was I! I would definitely order again. Thanks

Abdullah Al-Salehseriously, the website is a scam ! Do not place an order online. you will be charged and the delivery will never go through. Calling those guys not less than 50 times to answer the phone. they promised to get back to me and they never did ! i called them so many times after that and they promise that the package has been delivered when they DID NOT DELIVER ! anyway, they blew the surprise and on top of that charged me alot of money ! never deal with them there are many other legit shops in Dubai !!!

Avinash PaiThe customer service is ridiculous. They give an order tracking number but the order is not really tracked. They say we need to check with the driver if he has picked up the order or not. Online tracking does not work either. Online chat support does not work. They have all these fancy looking customer service touch points which are just for show and are of no real use. They stopped answering phone calls in the afternoon and did not call back. I could see the person was coming online on whatsapp but was not replying to my mesgs or answering calls or calling back. Overall a very unethical and unfocused company.

Michael SalterI would give it Zero if I could. Avoid them. First bouquet looked nothing like advertised and contained only two of the f types of flowers. The second was much worse. Ordered pink lilies and received deep purple and in very poor condition. As if this wasnt enough when o called customer service they had he audacity to accuse me of lying and insisted they had delivered the pink lilies. But it gets worse. I spoke to the owner who asked me for a photo. He then blamed me for accepting the flowers!!!! Unprofessional, poor quality, these people are charlatans who treat their customers badly. Abysmal customer service. Dont waste your money on his one!
