Feryal SaadLate Delivery, the person i was delivering too left the office prior to receiving the flowers which were 3 hours late Flowers were not fresh, very bad quality Seemed a week old They were supposed to refund an amount which was debited to my credit card due to problems on their website. They never did the refund.

irresitible1Worst customer service ever! Didnt deliver on time! Attitude of staff and driver very bad! Shouts at customers and refuse to answer customer calls! Useless at their job of simply delivering flowers as advertised!!!
