Ahmad AloznExtremely bad, they failed me twice in delivery in Dubai, and the lie. They sent a delivery confirmation while they didnt even deliver. Very rude and think they can throw some crap to the customer to convince him when they fail to deliver. Moreover, the staff are not really good at flower designs, Ive even seen the delivery guy putting to flowers together in a very ugly way and throw them for a customer who was waiting at the cashier... Was really shocked. They suck at gift rapping, Ive never seen gift rapping as worse as the ones I asked them to rap... Seriously if u suck at it then dont frkn do it !!!!!!

Serene Mathewnot good in International delivery. Without fail you will definitely receive a confirmation on the delivery; but the fact is it has never reached the destination. The staff are very sweet over the phone appoligizing for their mistake and lot of promises follow which is unfortunately never fulfilled. Will never use them again.
