If I could put -1, I would do. I paid 415 AED for a bouquet which they failed to deliver on time. It became irralevant and I had to rush to the nearest store and buy an average bouquet. Being completely unsatisfied Ive requested for a refund. Manager Yasir and his team were rude and declined to refund money. Suggested to use them next time instead. Willing to save my nerves and time, I agreed. Ordered again a month later. The delivery came on time but flowers were not fresh and even the size of the bouquet was not up to the value of 415 AED. Again I had to decline the bouquet and buy from a store (half price, much better quality). Ive requested refund again. Guess what! Was declined by general manager Yasir. Till now my money are trapped with them.

Wanted to send flowers to a special someone in Dubai (Im in UK). When checking Interflora or other specialist firms the prices were astronomical. Im not a cheapskate but over £50 for one flower?!? Tried these after reading reviews & theyre fantastic! Fresh flowers delivered to my specified time slot, email stating despatch & another confirming delivery. Excellent customer service too. And she loved the flowers that arrived fresh & beautifully presented. Thoroughly recommend this company

- after choosing item & processing to pay I was told its not available - but they added it for me. - delivery time from 10:00 till 15:00 then I discover that it will reach only at 15:00 hrs - they dont have stations out of dubai - in my case delivery to abu Dhabi will be dispatched after 11 to reach at 15:00 if he reached the adress easily ( dubai driver) - if u dont have a shop in abu Dhabi then dispatch ur driver early keeping in mind long drive from dubai - very rude customer service when u call or chat online they just say this is what we have & its only like that as well online chat just ignoring ur messages - will never use them again & that is my advise to all.

If only there was a zero star option. My husband ordered flowers for our 1st wedding anniversary and paid an additional 100 aed for the flowers to be delivered before 9pm. The flowers were not delivered until after 9pm. We asked for a refund of the additional 100 aed that we paid but were told we could only have a 40 dirham voucher towards our next order!! Will never order again. There was no apology from the delivery driver when he arrived either, he just shoved the flowers into my husbands hand. Great service....not!

Still the delivery is not successful and no information from flower store. If you have special occasion or celebration think twice with this store .

Unfortunately the unprofessional manner of handling the orders, as well as their far location made my experience horrible. They give you a 4 hour or so time span of the delivery and out of the 3 times I have ordered from them, all 3 times the order took place 5-15 minutes before the end of that time frame. Which is what you sign up for. The quality of the flowers was good. The last time though, they have travelled about 8 hours in the car undelivered due to their own fault. Unfortunately, they were not professional enough to comfort me and promise me new flowers. I had to insist for them to get the new ones. It was during the Summer time, therefore one should understand the heat situation in Dubai. Overall, I will be trying to use other service for sure. The staff was not helpful at all. Arrogant, slow and unprofessional. Ps. They have the service, where you can schedule the delivery for a fee. This service has never appeared on the APP that I used... :(
