Literally anything and everything you need to surprise loved ones is on the website with the best prices, and the delivery services are both perfect and trustworthy. Ive surprised my parents several times in the past year on special occasions and its so easy and convenient to do, even though Im literally thousand miles away. Gotta love Ferns N Petals.

Robert MacnairThe priceless looking bonsai is 100% artificial, I questioned this by email...I was assured it is absolutely real...they even give watering and care instructions...laughable. You can find the same plastic offering all over Alibaba and Amazon...Id also hazard a guess that the recent five star reviews are all bogus. Iwill visit the Warehouse in Al Quoz and ask to view the priceless bonsai :)

Marco Matospaid 500 AED in a bouquet for my wife, scheduled delivery from 5pm to 7pm, we had a diner arranged for that day, we kept waiting and besides my calls it was delivered almost 8pm. the flowers were ok, but the late delivery was the issue. seemed like the website. for a 500AED bouquet I was expecting kinda of professional flawless service. good thing we have many florists in dubai, and today I am buying from another place. When searching for other I have seen this ferns n petals, and decided to make the review. first timer, wont buy again.

Abir AVery disappointing experience Standard of flowers was embarrassing, Arrangement of flower bouquet was supermarket standard. The images dont truly reflect What you recieve Had to repurchase flowers from another florist & resend to compensate for the embarrassment. Purchasing was easy , delivery on time, Everything else was negative.

Aarti NainaniHorrible experience. I placed the order 3 days before the cake was required for my mothers birthday. The cake was supposed to be delivered max by 5 pm on 8th March. Its 9th March and the cake is not yet delivered. They spoilt my mothers birthday surprise. First they didnt attend my call and then they switched off the mobile phones. I wish had not placed the order to some other supplier.

Fatima VersiHonestly, ordering from them was the worst thing I could have done for my mothers birthday. The order was supposed to get to her between 10 and 3pm and its currently almost 4pm and she hasnt received them. Id advise everyone against ordering from this company. Very disappointed.

The reasons given was that courier service has delayed. Note money is paid to ferns and petals so they have to deliver on time. We are not concerned with courier service. Will never recommend anyone

Mohamed EltouniI made a fatal mistake by choosing this company to gift my wife a valentine gift. The order must reach maximal by 9 p.m. Now it is 8.25 pm. No follow up , no update . They closed their mobile line and didnot respond to my whatsapp text . I can not forgive my self to choose those guys.

Ron AlemaoExtremely disappointed with the quality of the lemon cake supplied by ferns and petals in Mumbai. The cake was 80% cream and 20%cake and had no taste of lemon at all. The taste was extremely substandard and does not justify the positive reviews I have read on the website.

The item came for 1&1/2hr late and they dont even have courtesy to inform the customer because at the end of the day they care only about the money but not the service. It is very good indeed i did not pay online. Definetly not the one to recommend.

My excitement comes in the time the delivery man called telling me that he will deliver a cake, roses,bear and greeting cards. The time he arrived I was already expecting it! The full surprise was gone..

Ravneet KaurI have ordered a gift for my friend who lives in Dubai....the gift included a triple chocolate cake and some flowers....initially was reluctant to order it as I was not sure whether it would be good....However as I wanted a midnight delivery and it was not feasible for me to go myself so I ordered after selecting from the range of products online....and I was surprised with the service and quality of the product delivered. It was even better than what I visualised in my mind. And i must say I would be ordering quite often now.

lolo9111111I was SO disappointed like never before, I only ordered from this place cuz of all the positive reviews"fake", but it was the worst thing ever. 1st I ordered a Moca cake they called to say it was not available, so I replaced it with STRAWBERRYcake, which had NO STRAWBERRIES at all !! only vanilla cake topped with strawberry syrup!! The cake that you get from Co Op for AED50 is much better than this, I paid AED 150 for such a horrible cake, if I knew it would be this bad, I would order from Miss J which is million times better..
