They are horrible now. I ate here many times and loved it but they changed things for the worse. I normally eat the Big Ben. The fish fillets are half the size, the prawns are smaller, and they use different cheaper fries but charge the same price. My daughter and I got partially cooked fish. They gave a new fillet that was also raw.

Ive tried London Fish & Chips for the first time and it was a disaster. I had the FAMOUS "BIG BAN" and everything was so oily that I just couldnt eat anything more than one piece. I wonder how they have got much good reviews, or maybe it was a bad day for me or it was just with this particular branch..? Never going to visit them again. Sorry for bad review, but the food really was that bad.
