Awful service. They do not even provide the drinks that the customer has paid for and when I came back to ask for my drink, I was told that they assumed I collected it myself from the fridge. There was no apology either. Once their employee took my money, said she would return the change of over 400 AED later, then completely forgot about it and acted as if she owed us no change! Employees are rude and do not engage with customers in a professional manner.

Updated review Not good anymore, sometimes they serve leftover food from last day by hook or crook, this happens to me twice where those amazing lamb chops where so hard n clearly u could identify by its taste that its not fresh Old review Food is amazing but only 4 star since ill rate 0 for the ambiance, you can basically take away and enjoy the food at home

Extremely juicy chicken and very tasteful. Its spicy as well. It is the best Chicken I have tried in my life. I recommend Mild Grilled Chicken for people who loving eating spicy food. Its also healthy and the rice that comes along is delicious as well

Really good food. Of that there is no doubt. However, a tad disheartening that they provide unlimited sauce if you eat-in but only one tub of sauce if you get home delivery. Additional sauce is charged at AED 2. Tubs are miniature size and are not nearly sufficient for a meal.

One of the worst delivery experiences ever I will highly not recommend this place took about 1and a half hour to deliver in their neighbourhood in Barsha 1 literally 5 minutes away from their restaurant they should try an work on the customer service and experience along with their food never ever gonna be eating from grillo again not so happening and not so cool

This place is amazing. Always fresh and quick. Their peri peri style chicken is out of this world. Definitely recommend, if youre in the mood for some good ol grilled chicken.
