Jess NOver the past 2 years, I make the effort to visit this particular Chanel boutique each time I am in Dubai. The store is generally generously-stocked with the majority of staff being professional and willing to help me find the pieces I am interested in. The sale associates there have showed me time and again that they really want to help me get exactly what I want, including telling me which boutique globally has availability. They take their time to listen. The store is spacious, well-displayed and comfortable to browse in. My last visit was just less than a month ago and it was just beautiful with a particular sales associate; she was so patient and helpful; and made my purchase experience brilliant. Dropped one star because there is always a couple of unprofessional sales associates lurking around; this is just an unfortunately part of luxury service these days. On the overall, this is still one of my top 3 favourite Chanel boutiques globally so far.

Mariana BóDont every buy anything in this store! I had a problem with my bag and left for repair. After 2 weeks repairing I got my bag back and I notice the leather was damaged! They asked to leave my bag again to see what solution they could come up with, after two months (I went to the store twice with no resolution whatsoever) I had enough and went back to get my damaged bag. Worst costumer service ever!! Stay away!
