Tunggul HutagalungThe clinic is nice and the doctors are friendly. But the big issue was when I wanted to make an appointment. I never success to make an appointment through website or phone. It was hard to reach them by phone. They need learn from their competitor and need improvement in this area.

Tita CedenoIve had very good service at this clinic. They discovered that I had diabetes and worked with me right away. The dentist is so kind and very professional. The pediatricians are also super sweet to my kids. Weve been using them since they opened and have visited nearly every department. While not all of the doctors are the best Ive had in Dubai, I still trust them and think they do a good job. Remember that this is not a hospital so be glad that they have all the services that they offer.

Kumar MClinic is OK but their appointment process is really worst. No one picks the main line number and have to wait years on the phone. It is easier to call other competitive clinic nearby and take the appointment.

Har dela TorreNice facility but awful service. One of the most incompetent clinics Ive been in. Their clinic is nice but it is all facade --- poor customer service, slow response times, and impossible to get through the line for an appointment. If you ever do, you are met with indifference and haste. I wouldnt go here again if it were the last clinic in my area.

shalumon paduzhaBest service i ever received in a hospital. I dont normally write a review but i felt its not right if i dont. From the reception, nurse and Dr. Nader, the gentleman at the X-ray and the nurse at the blood test all made me feel very comfortable. I am in hospitality field so i felt the genuine approach from all of them. Well done please keep the same.

Anood MukriIve been trying to call for an appointment at the main reception but no one answers the phone. After several tries and many rings later someone picks up the phone with no greeting, no introduction. This has happened several times. The reception who ever answers phone is curt and disinterested.

Jane DargueI have always received excellent care and treatment at the clinic, the doctors and nursing staff are fantastic and I can highly recommend it. Today I had cause to go to the emergency department following a dog bite and the level of care from the staff on duty was outstanding. Thank you all at Mediclinic you do a great job!

Abhishek LohiyaThe worst ever experience in this hospital. If you have a problem, they will take almost a week to get the insurance approval first. Once the approval is done, they will take another week to give you the test appointment, say ultrasound for kidney stones. The patient, by this time, may be suffering from sever illness/pain. This has happened n number of times with me, but I kept visiting because I live nearby.Finally, decided not to visit this place ever.

Home HopeNo matter how many times you call them to get an appointment, they wont up the phone..if you send them an appointment request through email, they never answer you, at the emergency section, they keep you waiting for more than one hour even if there are no patients but you.. sad..they have some good doctors but very bad services..i wont consider wasting my time visiting their clinics again..got much better choices than them.
