The Mix

Horrible customer service. They sent out a guy to take measurements for our drapes, he came and said he would contact us in a couple days to come install and he never did. I called again after a week and the guy said he will call me today to come install and OH SURPRISE he never called or showed up. So I called again after another week and the customer service over the phone was rude and said he needs "time" to see in the system who was supposed to come out. I highly dont recommend this place.
