VERY VERY disappointing... would never recommend to anyone... Management is an absolute FAIL!!!
Doctors are very good...
We booked an appointment for 7pm and kept on waiting until 9pm. Upon inquiring, we came to know that there are still 4 more people in line.
After showing some grief they gave us time with Dr Waseem and not Dr Hani Sakla (who we orginially had appointment with).
The reason was simple that they have follow ups and sudden walk in "VIP" clients. Then why to give us appointment.
Hence, no respect for clients or people booking in advance.
What is the purpose of booking an appointment if we still had to wait for 3 hours to see a different Dr.
