A great apartment hotel and the best part is that the metro is literally 50 steps from the entrance. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that we had some issues in the room, but then again, the management immediately got it fixed and even upgraded our room. Lovely staff and extremely helpful. If youre there for more than a week then definitely use their facilities, they are pretty good.

Excellent place for long term rental. Have been living here with family for more than 04 years now and never thought about moving out. Excellent staff. Pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, play area for kids, badminton court, football court, basket court, personal trainer, volley ball court, star bucks, Swiss Mart and much more all within premises.

A remarkable hotel , we were staying in apartment 1105 , Irene is the one who welcomed our stay for one week and she was very professional , bubbly and made us feel like home she was always available to help in addition to the staff members we met the next day , everybody at the hotel was very generous and made our stay at ease and very comfortable , i highly recomment stay at this hotel for all purpose , as we went with a group of people some of us where there for business and others for leisure and we were all very satisfied and the excellent service was well noticed

Despite being on the edge of Internet City, this hotel had the worst wifi that Ive ever encountered. During peak periods dont expect to get connected at all, and when you do, youll be treated to a whopping 0.2mbit a second. If you rely on wifi, do not pick this hotel. This is a shame because the hotel and its staff are really friendly, the accommodation is very comfortable (and the AC works!) and the facilities are otherwise fantastic.

I am very pleased to have been a guest at Yassat Gloria from 13th April to 22nd April with my family. My family room number was 3723, my son’s family room number was 3721 and my daughter’s family room was 3702. I cannot name everyone at Yassat Gloria who, all tries their best with all cooperation as possible. We changed our rooms from 17th floor to 37th without any hassle from the reception staff and further assistance from Ambreen. Room cleaning services, especially from Sherelen who did it with efficiency and care with a smile greetings. She is hard working and an asset to this place giving it a good name. Staff at breakfast desk Myra and nice blond lady (I think her name was Beeti or something, apologies for not getting it right) hard working, very caring for preparing a table for 14 of us as soon as the saw any member of my family without fail, and serving tea or coffee as required. Thanking Staff at cooking position making sure they provided all the required food, filling as they emptied. Great services at Concierge Desk, very helpful in all enquires. Great services of hard working staff at the entrance of the hotel, opening doors of the arrival and departures, with courtesy and smile. Rest of the staff also need mentioning, at the lift entrances and anywhere we met in the hotel always giving greetings with a smile. Congratulations to the Yassat’s Gloria Management team who trained the staff in a way that I am praising them. Location is great next to metro station, and great view of the sea and the city. I wish you all the success in this business and hope that you will keep it up and give greatest of respect to hard working staff as they do to their guests. Internet in rooms is of great concern, moving the Router close in between both rooms may help. Worth Visiting again. Thank you very much. Mr Ghulam R Choudhry

Was in business for about 9days, it has great subway connection but the room on the top floors were very noise with some sort of construction noise everytime when either next door or upstair flush the toilet or something. Complained to the staff but there was not much help. The bathtub was small and showed signs of fungus and not very clean. Some of the furnitures were old and falling apart (like handle). The main desk chair was old and tilted to one side and difficult to sit long. The internet connect was really bad at the beginning and complained and they fixed it and was o.k but not very stable. . The pool was o.k but not much of extraordinary view nor location. The breakfast was good with variety of options. The elevator was so slow and with busy traffic and everytime it took really long time to get to 38th floor. Lastly they charged deposits in my credit card, but after check out it takes more than 2 weeks to get the refund and until then I can not claim any expense claim without the final credit card bill to show the actual expense..! Overall was not very pleased with the hotel. Would not stay again.

فندق نظيف و مناسب جداً للعوائل، فيه شقق بغرفة و غرفتين. الجميل فيه أنه مجاور لمحطة المترو، تخرج من باب الفندق و تمشي نصف دقيقة لتدخل بوابة الجسر المؤدي لمحطة المترو. ستمشي داخل الجسر المكيف قرابة 3 دقائق لتصل لمحطة المترو اثاث الفندق جميل، لكنه قديم شيئا ما، ربما عمره 5 سنوات، و يتم حاليا تجديد الأثاث بعد أن تغير اسم الفندق، من ياسات جلوريا، الى ميركيور، و هي سلسلة عالمية. مرتبة سرير النوم طرية جدا، و لم أجدها مريحة.

Шикарный отель, в 2017 май уже был под другим названием "Yassat Gloriy" Номера просторные, кухня со всем оборудованием, кондиционеры, чистые полотенца, полный комплект принадлежностей для ванны, вежливый персонал, сейф в номере, wi fi, телефон, телевизор с русскими каналами, вход на этаж только по карте. Превосходный шведский стол, детские стулья и есть чем накормить ребенка от года. Рядом метро, удобно добираться, есть бассейн, спортзал, зона спа, салон красоты.

Я доволен, все условия есть. Персонал хороший, правда русский знают плохо или вообще не знают, немножко языковые проблемы, но из ситуации можно найти выход. El personal es extremadamente atento y las habitaciones de alta calidad. Eso sí, andan un poco escasos de Wifi: para poder acceder a internet desde la habitación tienes que pagar aparte este servicio. Una vez pagado, tienes que llamar por teléfono desde la habitación para que te den un código, para lo cual hay que esperar a que te devuelvan la llamada unos minutos después. Una vez activado, no puedes disponer de él en cualquier punto de la habitación (solo en el dormitorio en mi caso) y de vez en cuando da errores de acceso. Aparte de eso, muy recomendable. La piscina merece una visita.
