A great hotel which was close to Burjuman shopping center (you can easily walk there) and catch both Metro lines. We arrived at 1am and our very tired 4 year old was given a gift which made her so happy. The staff were absolutely amazing to us. We could really not have asked for more. Rooms were well kept and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you to everyone for you help and assistance. You were the best!

Very disappointing. The hotel is poorly maintained and smells funny. The bathroom is not clean and the ceiling tiles are coming apart. Our room was on the top floor, so the air conditioning systems on the roof made it so loud it seemed like there was a helicopter in our room. The bed is fine, but the sheets were slightly stained and the sofa bed is terrible. They are stingy with towels and drinking water, and the room has this weird system where you have to put your only key into a slot to make the electricity work, so if anyone is staying in the room the other person cant take a key with them. The staff were unhelpful and at times seemed to willfully misunderstand and confuse the conversation.

Clean spacious rooms. Good WiFi (but WhatsApp voice blocked by govt law recently). Good service. 7 min walk to Al-Fahidi metro stn. Will consider staying again. Difficult to get passing-by taxis as hotel is on minor rd. Therefore must book taxi in advance.

Needed a place to stay for a week. Staff very attentive. Studio apartment clean and in reasonable condition. Nearly the same price as a 5 star hotel in South Africa, but that is Dubai for you. Easy access to the Dubai Metro and Burjuman centre.
