Called them over 5 times and there is no actions at all. Only promises we will call you back. Roda - remove from your website Visions & Values, the most unprofessional service, google it first what does it mean HOSPITALITY or learn from other hotels in Dubai.

H. M. MMy family and me had a reservation for 5 days vis booking , it is a luxury place, comforty and quiet , smooth check in and out , in the middle of Dubai city , nearby many wonderful places . I hop it had a private pool for each villa in the future
