Great place to stay. The apartment rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are welcoming and friendly. They look after all your little needs. Location is great- close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would come back again here :-)

Service is awesome :) friendly staff. luggage is taken from the car up to your room. dates, tea and OJ while u wait in the lobby. The rooms arent full hotel like. There isnt the full set of hand towels, face towels. The interiors are interesting colour scheme. Touch light switches are nice, and the pull down rail in the wardrobe is a great idea! :) complimentary water, and a nice selection of tea (green, Earl Grey and English breakfast).

Absolutely horrible ! The staff here is incompetent at best , I didnt feel like a valued customer at the restaurant. I spoke with the manager and the manager assured me everything will go better the next time . The next day, I asked for an order of eggs by the chef; I waited about 15 minutes the food was cold and it was the wrong order. the manager was nowhere to be found . STAY AWAY FROM HERE try the sheareton or the Hilton

Its a great and quite place. Check out and in was just within 3 minutes. The breakfast is just ok with indoor and outdoor nice sitting areas.

After a 17 hour flight from Auckland we arrived early at the hotel (0730) and asked if it was at all possible to have access to our room earlier than 1500 and could we leave our luggage in a safe area until the room was ready. A few minutes wait whilst Bhushan, the Duty Manager checked out room availability and and he offered a choice of two rooms for which we were extremely grateful. The room we chose was large and airy. During our six day stay, we could not fault any of the services offered, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Location is well recommended for access to both Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marinaand its restaurants. We would both stay here on our next visit.

I stayed with my family for a week on the first week of November.All the staff from the concierge to the restaurant to the lifeguard on the pool were excellent and catered for all our needs. Locationwise it was great as it was a short distance (5min walk) from the beach and the hotel provided beach towels and umbrellas free of charge. The umbrellas werent as good as those provided by other hotels and a small suggestion would be to provide slightly bigger beach umbrellas. Although close to the bus stops for City sightseeing and BigBus tour groups, the closest metro station (Jumeirah Lake Towers) was a fair distance away- 20min walk. Many of the local hotels where I had previously stayed did provide shuttle services to other parts of the city, something Hawthorn dont unfortunately do. The room was also quite good, and views from the rooms particularly on the upper floors were excellent. We opted for the breakfast which again was superb catering to our vegetarian needs. There was a wide range of fresh fruit, breads and juices which we were quite impressed with. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it particularly to families.

Many options in JBR are much better. I stayed twice at this hotel and the last time was just last week for 9 days. While the infrastructure is okay and the staff is adorable and helpful, the expected level of service is not there at all... You can be disconnected any time from your internet and have to go to the reception to reactivate it, not convenient and frustrating when you work. You have to put your shower at max for at least 10-15 minutes before you get the first drops of warm water. The fridge was not working and had to be replaced. The room was not the one we booked and was smoking, we still had to stay there for the first night until they upgraded us to a much nicer room. The hotel entrance is in a parking... Thats just a few example of the many issues we had. I will definitely not return there and I do not recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Both the hotel and the staff were excellent and I would not hesitate for a single moment to recommend this hotel to others. I would particularly like to mention 2 names, Chamara (the manager) who upgraded me to a suite :-))))) and Oscar (at the concierge desk) who went above and beyond to help me locate the different places in Dubai. They also have amazing breakfast! JBR is a great location in Dubai with a billion things to do at walking distance and I am so glad that I chose Hawthorn at JBR for my stay in Dubai this year :-)

Отель находится находится в хорошем месте рядом много кафе и недалеко от моря очень чистый пляж и много свободных лежаков. Но сам отель оставляет желать лучшего, постоянно присутствует неприятный запах в коридоре . Кухня плохая, не разнообразная. Пища безвскусная. Много острых блюд. Голодным не останешься, но и удовольствия не получишь от еды. Менеджер по расселению туристов только один русскоговорящий. Поэтому очень сложно общаться. Информации мало. Номера выполнены в стиле хайтек, большие, но площадь номера обыграна плохо. Номер убирают хорошо. Постельное белье и полотенца в хорошем состоянии и меняются каждый день. Но нет балконов и нет в номерах нормальных сушилок для белья, веревка, натянутая в ванне не дает полноценной сушки белья. А если учесть что и кухня очень скверная, то складывается впечатление, что руководству отеля не интересны проблемы проживающих в отеле. Вряд ли в следующий раз остановимся в этом отеле. И своим друзьям и знакомым этот отель не посоветую. Ну может быть только в одном случае, если это будет какой-то альтруист, который не будет зависеть от еды, питаться будет в кафе и какой запах в коридоре ему будет всё равно. Цена не соответствует качеству заявленных услуг.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit hilfsbereiten Personal, einem köstlichen Buffet und einem Pool. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Ausstattung und werden immer gut sauber gehalten wie auch der Rest des Hotels. Das Hotel liegt in der nähe eines Strandes(ca. 10min zu Fuß) was für viele wichtig ist.
