Hotel Gloria Dubai has got great pool area , the pool never gets full. Also, the fitness center has plenty of room and equipment which usual places tend to cut out. The meals served at the hotel is truly value for money may it be the portion size or the quality of food.A separate childrens pool and activity area are on site. Free valet parking is also offered.

I have a lovely stay when I was at Gloria Hotel, the suite was spacious. There is a kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave and utensils. Staff is very friendly and if you need supplies, there is a convenient store near the lobby. Moving around, there is a subway station right outside the hotel.

Room design is very good Room service regards to cleaning is very good Breakfast is very good Spa is good There are just two weakness isses: 1- the widows and goods in the room arent properly isolated then there is noise and air inlet from the doors and widows. 2- there is no proper control for no smoking floor and there is smoke smell in the corridors which is leaking to the rooms because and unacceptable isolated entrance doors.

This hotel caters to both Business and Leisure Visitors. I stayed here for 8 weeks from 31st July 2016. I stayed in a variety of themed 1 bedroom suites in this all suite hotel. my favourite was 3803 with a Burj Al Arab View (side view) on a high floor with next to no road noise. I made the mistake of booking in 2 week and 3 week consecutive stints. However, if you book for 31 nights or more, you are given a suite in the first 8 floors which includes a full kitchen suite of electric stove and electric fan oven. Floors 9 to 38 are suites without an electric stove and electric fan oven. Every 1 or 2 bedroom suite is very large for Dubai with a balcony, lounge with sofa, working desk, dining table, large cupboard, chest of drawers. Each room has a Samsung Washing Machine with Built in Tumble Dryer - its very good. The kitchen has a large fridge and a microwave with grill function too. This hotel does not have a bar so does not serve alcohol in any of its restaurants. The gym is very good as is the steam room and sauna as well as the swimming pool. The breakfast is very diverse and the staff from door staff, security, front desk, breakfast service management - friendly, polite and genuine. Very highly recommend and deserved of its 4 stars.

Amazing experience at Dubai thanks to Gloria Hotel. •The staff at Gloria Hotel were trully the best. They were the most loveliest people around. They always have a smile on their face, always acknowledging you, always have time to say hello. As I was mostly out exploring Dubai,I remember few names that were amazing and made my stay wonderful. "Alamgir" made my stay soo much better, but I had met him 3rd day of my stay,wish I met him before. He was just great, he is the most helpuful guy you can find ever. Such a calm but proffesional way of talking to us. Also "Angela" at the desks, she was soo nice,a really lovely lady who helped us alot. "Rubel" I spoke to him few times,even speaking to him made my time better at the hotel. He should be around more. "Duty Manager", it was this gentleman I cant remember his name I apologise, but he was the best honestly. Loved talking to him. Also "Excursion Lady" she was just soo lovely, helped us soo much,she is soo patient,calm, really sweet, gave me and my wife compliments sweet of her. I am really sorry as I cant remember her name. She is the only person that deals with excursions. Maybe the name tags need to be in bold writing or bigger size to remember the names

I lived in Gloria for about a year. The furniture is just way too old and broken and smell horrible. The apartment is just too dark and the locks on the door are beat up, the hallways stink and are not safe and the short-term reception staff are extremely racist and rude. This is NOT acceptable by any means especially in Dubai, a city that is multicultural. Something NEEDS to be done as I am not the only one that suffered from racial discrimination My parents and my friends also stayed there for a while and both had negative experiences with the SHORT-TERM reception staff. Very rude, please do something about it.

My daughter had an accident inside her room 3514 that she rented for a couple of days,5-8 feb.2017 the marble top of the table fell out its place to the ground ,thank goodness she was fast enough to move away,her eye glasses broke and she is totally dependent on them,if this happened with a baby or an old lady,for sure the result will not be the same.what blowout the mind is that they made her pay for the table ,as if she is the one responsible for their inadequate maintenance and poor safety assurance of their guests.the daily manager who claimed their regular maintenance procedure kept on arguing about how sorry he was about the (accident )but did not bother himself moving the table out of the room putting their customer in danger again for two days and two nights

the worse hotel ever... first the reciptionest was not helpful and rude, then we have to change the room 3 times to find the suitable one, the kitchen stuff was not comleted and the drawers was dirty and sticky. the matress is very old.. and the furniture is very old.. the housekeeping was sucks... they dont clean very well and they put only 6 to 8 tissue paper each time.. the corridors was smelly. Overall, not worth to pay this amount for such hotel.

I am writing you to express how extremely disappointed we are with the service we received from your hotel during our Strategy Meeting held in your hotel last 20th November 2015. · First when we arrive in your hotel there are no signage in the hotel lobby to guide our delegates where the meeting room was! · When you ask the people in the lobby, nobody is aware of our meeting and we have to wait as they still need to check their plan list. · Our delegates was not given a ballet parking service! The guy at the ballet parking said that he does not know about our meeting so you go and park your car yourself at Level 2 Parking! This is very unprofessional! It is not our mistakes that you don’t have a proper communications internally! And since it is our first meeting to your hotel most of our guys lost their way to the meeting room! · When we reach 40th floor we have to go and check the whole floor to find our meeting room as there was no attending banqueting guys in the lounge area, neither a sign to point our meeting location. · When we reach our meeting room, SET UP WAS NOT CORRECT! We have clearly requested for u-shape and it was arrange for cabaret set up! Below is the email confirmation that your coordinator have reconfirmed of u shape and in contract attached was for u-shape set up. · TIMINGS – on our email request, we have requested timings from 1500hrs until 1900hrs. but your guys have been defensive and have insisted that we have book at 1600hrs. our meeting have been delayed and our Directors and employees have to wait for long to get things sorted out. · Projector took long time to get it working, the maintenance guy need to come up and down for 3 times for the faulty HDMI cable. The rest of our experience being a first time guest in your hotel, was not a very good impression and we are not going to recommend your hotel for any of our future requirement nor to our partners. The only good thing is that your staff Ibrahim was really helpful and quick to change the set up to u-shape and was able to assist us with our requirements. Also your staff Edwin at La Terrasse Restaurant was really warm and polite to accommodate our disappointed group.

Very nice Hotel with good Service. We stayed there for a week and had nothing to complain about. The Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor was excellent and we had dinner there three times. Our Apartment was on the 28th floor with look to the Palm Jumeirah. On the 6th floor there is an open swimming pool.

I am a long term resident in the Gloria and I can only describe my experience over the last three months as fantastic. I base this judgement on my contact with the longterm staff and the housekeeping department. The minor quibbles I have raised have all been dealt within hours and none has gone unresolved for more than 24 hours. The long term staff are well mannared and attentive, they provide an excellent service that the hotel management can be proud of. Because of my occupation I have used 5 star hotels in London, Paris New York and other major cities and none can match the service I recieve from the Gloria. Long may they keep up the good work Dr M Wheeler

Hotelul are o pozitie foarte buna , recomandat cu caldura pentru toti turistii si pentru turistii "incepatori" deoarece are o pozitie extraordinara , exact langa statia metroului ( nu stiu care e denumirea exacta pentru ca trenuletul ultramodern fara mecanic sau personal navigant merge suprateran mai tot timpul ) . In mod inteligent si cu o gandire urbanistica concreta , statiile metroului sunt exact langa obiectivele la care vreti sa ajungeti , vorbesc in principal de Mall-urile uriase care par a fi adevarate orasele . Totul aici e tehnologie , cobori din metrou si mergi pe jos ( su pe trotuare rulante )prin spatii cu aer conditionat pana la intrarea in Mall .Nu pot vorbii de vreun fel de " aveti grija " , am vazut numai atitudine serioasa , serviabila , oameni politicosi care se ridicau de pe scaun in metrou oferind locul femeilor sau copiilor . Insula Palmier e eproape de Hotelul Gloria , am luat pana la ea un taxi , pretul a fost pe aparat , un pret mic .Exista curse gratuite de la hotel catre locatii comerciale care sunt mai departe de traseul metroului , intrebati la receptie . Personalul din hotel , ca de altfel din intregul Dubai , de la aeroport de la venire pana la plecare a fost super ok , educati si cu mult bun simt . Am avut sejur cu mic dejun inclus , care a fost bufet suedez cu ce vroiai si ce nu vroiai , cu fructe , carnuri , branzeturii , piscina la etaj superior de unde vedeai Dubaiul ca din avion . Camere generoase cu paturi mari , dotari de toate felurile , un hotel la care poti sa revii mereu .

Service is geweldig! Hotel heeft alles te bieden, grote kamers met een aparte zit ruimte. Verder hebben een heerlijke grote fitnesszaal een heerlijk sauna en stoomcabine een groot buiten zwembad met jacuzzi en een aparte kinderbadje en super mooi uitzicht. Het restaurant la terrasse heeft een uitgebreide lunch en super service zeker het geld waard!

الزباين السعوديين كانو أحلى ما في الفندق . تحيا المملكة العربية السعودية. الفندق انيق وموقعو ممتاز جدا . لم تكن غرف بل كانت شقق كاملة بمطبخ كامل وحمامين وصالون أنيق وغرفتين ... روووعة . بس أحلى شي في الفندق هم الزباين السعوديين اللي كانو عاملين جو أكثر من ممتاز ... والله ما تحب تطلع من الفندق من شدة حرارة اللقائات والحوارات الجلسات العائلية الممتعة مع السعوديين . ياريث لو ادارة الفندق تغير العمالة وتجيب كوادر عربية كالاردنيين ولا المغاربة لتسيير مرافق الفندق ... هادولا الفلبينيين والله ما يعرفو حتي الابتسامة وحسن التعامل مع الزبون ... والله جابولي الغم لما كنت بطلع عليهم . في مسابح خاصة بالرجال وأخرى خاصة بالحريم روووووعة .

اسوء تجربة فندق منذ عرفت دبى من عام 1991 الى 2016 مصاعد مزدحمة وادارة لاتهتم وخلط بلط لايصلح للعائلات الخليجية والله لويعرضونه على ببلاش مارجعت له ووجدت به موظفين يقتقدون لحرفيه عمل الفنادق من الجنسية المصرية ومدير مناوب لايحترم عمله شكوت اليه غرفة بها ازعاج وبنات داخلين وطالعين وواضح انها سكن عزاب وعندهم ليلة حمراء ومن المفترض ان الفندق للعوائل ويسكنه كثير من السعوديين والاماراتيين والخليجين بشكل عام ولكن هذا المدير لم يفعل اى شى مع انه شاف بعيونه وسمع بأذنه كل شى قضيت به اسوء ليلتين فى حياتى بدبى بتاريخ 13و14 سبتمبر 2016 للاسف انا لااعرف هذه النوعية من الفنادق ولكن ورطنى فيه عرب لنك مدحه لى فى زحمة العيد وتورطت يوم حجزته من عندهم

للاسف تجربة لن تتكرر بعد ماكان تم اعتماده سكنت فيه مرتين والثالث اثبتت بفشل السكن ١- يحتاج تغيير طاقم العمل من الجنسية (المصرية) لسواء التعامل وافتقاد فن التعامل مع الجمهور ٢- استغلال النزلاء من حيث النزيل هل هم عزاب يتغير التعامل ويقتقد الخدمات وهي ابسط حقوق النزيل هل هم عوائل يتغير التعامل ويتم استغلال اضافة الخدمات على العموم انصح بعدم التكرار وذلك لسواء التعامل من قبل الاستقبال واستغلال النزلاء

Очень уютный, по-домашнему, отель. Останавливались в конце февраля-март 2014 г. Большие номера, отдельно спальня, отдельно гостиная зала. Маленькая кухня почти со всем необходимым, подсобное помещение со стиральной машинкой и гладильной доской. Очень неплохие завтраки и буквально шаговая доступность до метро.

Шикарные апартаменты, прекрасное обслуживание, очень внимательное отношение к гостям, отличный шведский завтрак,станция метро прямо рядом с отелем ! Бесплатный шаттл возит на пляж ,забирает, днём возят в Аутлет-молл, вечером - в Дубай Марину.Очень рекомендую этот отель всем заинтересовавшимся.
