Very nice for the price. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They welcome you with a drink when first checking in. I wouldnt recommend the resturant nor the room service though, The food wasnt really good, I found it bellow average but maybe its just me. Will definitely be coming back.

I faced an extremely VERY BAD customer service experience in this hotel and will NEVER (again.. NEVER) go to this hotel again, i booked only 3 nights with my small family on May 13th till May 16th 2017.. on the day of check-out I visited a friend outside the hotel at 9:30 AM, starting at 11:00 AM the reception desk start calling my family and start sending their staff to my apartment every 5-10 minutes to push us to leave before 12:00 PM !!!!!!!!!!!! when i noticed that I called the hotel using my mobile phone to confirm that I will check out today and to inform them that my family are now preparing the luggage so please dont contact them again and they said no problem but they never stop sending someone and calling my family even after my phone call ?????????? anyway at 12:30 PM i reached the hotel and I went to the reception desk to check out and to inform them that Im VERY VERY upset and not happy at all about their bad behavior but the lady in the reception didnt care about am saying and keep answering me "its the hotel policy" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???? I told her its 12:30 PM now so where is the problem ?????????? NO ANSWER ???????? I finished my check-out in very very angry mode and I decided that I will share my bad experience with this hotel on all travel websites and will never come back again to any Flora hotels in UAE at all.

Superb rooms for extended family. We took the 3 bedroom apartment and were completely blown away with the size and reasonable rate received. The location, pleasant staff and experience was the cherry on top.

This hotel is clean, elegant and have big flat screen in the living room. The staff are nice except the resepation calls from 11:55 asking you to check out while there already blocked and took all room payment already. And if you want extend for another night they increase the price. And the let you our to find another accommodation along if you are with wife and kids....I will never back to this Hotel I paid money for bad experience.

Nice apartments with clean rooms. We took a 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen, lounge and dining area. 1 king side bedroom, 1 queen size and 1 for the kids. Bathrooms are attached and 1 extra bathroom near the enterance. Kitchen was also clean and very nice. Loved it there.

عائلي من الدرجة الأولى وسعره مناسب والاقامة فيه جميلة نظيف ومرتب وخدمة الغرف ممتازة وتجاوبهم سريع والانترنت فيه ممتاز ومجاني (يحتاج تسجيل باسمك ورقم الغرفة) وموقعه ممتاز جنبه اكثر من بقالة غير ديرة سيتي سنتر مول اللي فيه كارفور ومطاعم والعاب اطفال وجنبه محطة المترو ويبعد عن المطار حول الخمس دقايق (والشوارع فاضية مدري عن وقت الذروة). منه للوايلد وادي التاكسي ياخذ من خمسين لستين درهم تقريبا.. سيارتهم (فان وسط) تاخذ ٥٠ درهم وتوصلك للمطار :)
