- the house keeping staff are generally friendly but they lack basic hospitality knowledge - The front desk staff are helpful and efficient - corridors can be very noisy at night sometimes - the parking entry is unsafe as many staff use the car entrance for walking, while it has a long curve that the driver doesnt have enough line of sight! - It was unclear for me what language to use with house keeping staff. I asked for coffee bags but what I got was sugar and tea!

This hotel is NOT suitable for clean single people or couples who wants a quiet and peaceful hotel The hotel is very family oriented hotel of middle class and people of wealth and no class. The rooms are clean and spacious but very run down. Since it is a family oriented hotel, children will be running screaming and shrieking in the hall ways like zoo animals. Causing so much noise, if you to tell their parents they oils just look at you like you are a weirdo. There are no smoking rooms, however, since many of the guests of that hotel have no class or consideration for others, they would still smoke in the non smoking rooms and you will get all the smoke through the air condition. The customer service is good. But not enough staff, they are always very busy, therefore things dont get done quickly or correctly. The location is very good. Taxis are easy to find to go anywhere. The wifi is very good. But some in rooms the signal does not reach the bedrooms Lamsy plaza right next to the hotel which is a shopping mall. There is a great but small body building gym 5 minutes walk from the hotel called "eagle gym" You can find it on google map

Worst customer service.. They receptionists were so rude!!! They argue with customers.. They dont know proper customer service!!! Facilities are so bad!! Small pool they didnt even care to turn on pools filters.. It is just a waste of money!!! This is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!

I stay at Alwaleed Palace hotel whenever Im in Dubai. Its a home away from home, and strategically located in the heart of the city. Lamcy Mall is a 2 minute walk. Sounds like free advertising ;-) ?

The location of the hotel is very good. Even without breakfast on the package, you can simply go around the area and end up finding a good restaurant to eat. You can practically walk to Lamcy plaza for shopping and the rooms are really spacious and big and not to mention really clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I will pretty much stay in this hotel on my next trip to Dubai.
