Hotel location is super and they have two reception one for hotel and one for residence. the hotel is part of Marriott hotels and services were on time and staff well friendly. I do like the breakfast restaurant and bar. next to World trade centre and DIFC. walking distance to Metro. fully recommended to a family and corporate.

Extremely friendly staff, large rooms. The lady on the reception gave me an early check in. Another public relation showed me to my room and explained for me all the facilities provided in the room. I was touched by their hospitality. Location is slightly away from main attractions. A bit noisy in the night due to loud music. Another problem is the minibar in the room. Due to this they are asking for a security deposit and in the middle of the day, a person will show up to check it. This is extremely annoying.

Great service, probably the best Ritz Carlton I have ever been. Every service people are pleasant and helpful. The room service food was excellent and well served. The room was cleaned. Unfortunately the balcony was facing some work outside of the street. It was noisy. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Still Ritz Carlton always finds ways to exceed your expectations. The location of the hotel is perfect five minutes from DIFC, fifteen minute from mall of the emirates. The hotel itself is very modern, very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and professional. Would recommend it every time. Its the Ritz. Its Ritzy. Not so sure about the new outdoor cafe/club venue adjacent to and replacing the outdoor part of our beloved Belgian café, seems a bit loud, pretentious. The food was extremely expensive, tiny tapas. It was very very good though, which helped! Staff at the new place are not as universally excellent as Id expect, bit may improve with time. My (wishful thinking) vote would be to bring back the old setup...

I have clients who stay here, so often arrange to have coffee meetings here. The hotel is fine. The carparking is also fine, except that there is no signage to lead you out of the basements. This is a conversation that actually happened: "Excuse me." I said to a staff member as he entered the pass-card locked lift lobby that I had been circling looking for a way out. "Yes sir?" "I need to get up to the lobby." "Do you have a pass card?" "No" "How did you get down here?" "I drove... it is a carpark.." "Then you must walk up the way you came." "What? Up the car ramps...there arent any lifts or stairs?" "Yes up the ramps." And then he closed the door while I was STILL SPEAKING TO HIM. I walked up the ramps, which is fine. But it didnt resolve my frustration at having been lost in the freaking carpark.

Recently stayed at the hotel. The hotel was superb, cafe Belg is pretty great. During my stay six blouses were sent out for dry cleaning. They were returned destroyed. A red or pink dye bled onto them and could not be removed. Despite past stays at several Ritz properties receiving fabulous customer service the Ritz essentially stated they were not responsible for damage to property. Shocking that they would not fix their mistake for guests with a history of utilizing Ritz properties heavily.

Ritz Carlton at Dubai Recently we traveled to Dubai again, immigration at the airport so welcoming providing Arabic coffee and while processing our passports refreshing candy was provided we took a handful each, we stayed at Ritz Carlton Financial Center, this was not our first time staying at this location and we hope not to be our last. We enjoyed the accommodations at this hotel each time font desk and reservation on top of things. Transportation was arranged by the hotel as soon as we exited the airport chilled bottle water and refreshing towels were presented then escorted to a BMW6 with Wi-Fi on our way to the hotel and for our return a MB-S model. Our drinks and meals at club level were consistently good, they remembered our names and the drinks we liked, club level staff Dara, Pedro, Edward, Victoria, Eunice and others worked very hard to accommodate us and other hotel guest at the club level always with a smile, at the spa Ella arranged our spa needs and made sure that our daughters received their manicures and pedicures so my wife and I would not miss our massage Ella had an impact in our spa joy very attentive great smile. Benjie conducted my massage and Yuli conducted my wife’s massage and both did a fantastic job after massage we were provided with choices of drinks and we had ginger and green tea. The restaurants at this hotel are not the best, we had pastries at lobby café red velvet cake -horrible with some cheap icing, cake layers had no taste and was heavy, Coconut macaroons- dry no flavor consider hiring French pastry chefs from Vietnam, our dinner at Café Beige a New Orleans style restaurant- dinner Dover sole, Wagyu burger, tenderloin not great, Seafood platter creative fun really enjoyed it. Other parts of our meal not creative for the pricing the service not that good, our drinks were not complicated it was vodka on the rocks with a twist of lime and lemon but every time it looked different and inconsistent. Our two best dinners were delivered by room services prepared by its kitchen staff it was like eating at a five star restaurant, the onion soup finger leaking good tenderloin with red wine sauce grilled seafood platter with shrimp as large as the lobster tails with few items from two other restaurants at the hotel with our room services order the mussels from Café Beige, smoke salmon and the liver on waffle from Center Cut what a dinner, our daughters had fish and chip ice cream and more the meals were hot delicious cooked the way we requested it delivered in about 25 to 30 minutes, I can keep going about our dinners by room service at this hotel. The breakfast was served at Center Cut restaurant and it was very nice smoke salmon trout eggs benedict with eggs so yellow it was orange and delicate fresh squeezed juices carrot juice water melon juice OJ espressos and decaffeinated cappuccinos and more, our waiter Finn very attentive great smile made our morning breakfast more relaxing. Always tip.
