Although the gym is small, it has all the essential equipments. The spa looks really nice and you can spend a great time relaxing there between the sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi. The swimming pool is also great and you have a nice view of the Blue water Island and its wheel

The hotel staff not trained well. Super rude to customers. no security, someone stole my property from pool area and they didnt even care to make us feel like they were doing their best to find it. instead I had to keep calling and asking if they were looking for it. Im very very disappointed. The staff is not friendly or helpful. They called us names for being american but they did not know our friends understood their language. I dont ever want to book a Hilton property because the quality is definitely going way way down, all my friends have noticed and stopped booking Hilton properties. Also one of the bedrooms in our suite the bed was disgusting with stained sheets and hair. And when we called to complain the reception said "well thats why you have to check your bed before getting in. lol unbelievable. So much for being a Hilton Honors member.

The hotel design is a nightmare, theres no way you can get used to it. Breakfast is good and pool area is nice too. There too many doors in some places, very strange design. I was going to rate it with 3 stars but Ill downgrade It to two because of the elevators. Crazy!!

24 HOUR Construction work!!!! NO SLEEP ALL WEEK! Should be zero stars!!! We came here the same week last February (2016) & stayed in exactly the same 3 bedroom apartment (1501). Myself, Wife & 4 kids have travelled here for Feb half term 2017 & 40th birthday. There is a small note on the booking email saying that "some development works may be visible or audible". What a joke. There is literally 24 hour massive construction work right beside / below us. 16 massive articulated lorries all reversing with warning beepers going, huge diggers and lots of foundation piling rigs hammering into the rock..! The horns of the diggers, dump trucks & lorries are constantly being sounded & workers shouting. Theres even a concrete works... This is 24 hours. NON STOP!!! We have had to move hotel after 4 nights of zero sleep. We tried ear plugs & music but the noise is unbelievable. (Yes it really is 24 hours!) The room rates are exactly the same as usual (no discount for the disruption). When we complained to the Manager and then Director of the hotel we were told that we can move but there would be no compensation on the room rate... We explained that their website description was totally inadequate to allow us to make an informed decision on the original booking and we would of course never booked and also spent thousands flying here had we known.! They admitted that they know its an issue but they wont refund anyone as otherwise everyone will complain. We said its not a minor complaint: you cant hear each other talk in the room let alone sleep!!! This apartment should not have been rented out. They also admitted that they know the work is regularly 24 hours in nature but dont want to put off customers. It is tantamount to fraud!!! DO NO STAY HERE FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 2 YEARS (that is how long they said the works will continue for). As you can see from this profile we do not review often but we feel compelled on this occasion as the hotel are deliberately misleading potential customers..!!! PS I cant upload the video of the nighttime works but the noise is truly shocking!

This place is special. We only get to checkin in hotels whenever we get a free room from my wifes office we make sure to book a place where we can really enjoy and this place exceeded our expectations. The main reason we booked here is because of the easy access to the beach but we got more than what weve hoped for, the infinity pool was great, the staff are friendly and the highlight is the room. Its spacious, overlooking Marina and the DEWA plant, it doesnt sound amazing but the lights at night are really cool and my son enjoyed gawking at it a lot. Wished we couldve tried the food served in the hotel but unfortunately it didnt come with the room, hopefully we get to try it given the chance to come back. I highly recommend booking here.

Was there for a brunch and to spend some lazy time at the pool. The brunch food was limited to Arabic cousin, i was expecting more variety. The pool was good, the lockers were there but none of them were functional. The hotel of this standard must maintain such basic facilities. Overall experience was good except above 2 disappointments.

If you want to get humiliated by the security then this is the place to be. The staff here make up their rules as they come along. There is no doubt about the hotel location and facility is nice. But watch out with your visitors and rules they come up with. If you book there just make it clear whats acceptable or not. As NO VISITORS are allowed if they are not checked in with you. This is not a UAE rule, this is an in house as they come up with.

This is by far tge worst customer service I have dealt with in Dubai Called for a reercation for brunch on a Tuesday in Gastro the lady that answered insured that my reservation is confirmed i double checked with her on the phone cause I have a baby and waiting list isnt an option Showed up on friday early after standing in a long line up...the lady there tells me ur reservation is waiting list sorry u have to wait 20 min ..explains that reservation and restaurant are separate departments (as if they are not one hotel) Left ne waiting in hall way with a baby and after 29 min I insisted they find me a table and demanded to give me tge reservation ladys name which she didnt Again took them 30 min to get me a baby chair Not once she even smiled or showed and seriousness. Horrible experience ..totally unorganized Worst customer service ever!!!! I will copy this same complaint to ur management. They have to see the low level of customer service and blame game play they have in there hotel!!!

What a surprise when we arrived. We hadnt expected the opulence. Perfect for a lazy engagement celebration and last days of holiday. From check in staff, bell hop, security, waiters, gift shop and the gym; weve felt nothing, but exceptional. The beach and restaurants are lovely, with a fantastic resort feel.

The hotel is great. The location is at the end of the JBR but still has access to the beach and to the Walk. The area is quite yet has lots of stores nearby. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very spacious and comfy. Theres a parking garage in the hotel building so if youre renting a car then theres no problem . The staff is very friendly and the amenities and service are of Hilton standard. Nice pool and beach areas. Its also located in the middle distance to either airport in Dubai.

Generally we had a good stay because the Appartement was great, but there were just the little things that have not fit. 3 chairs in the living room for 4 persons, bar without ordering service only delivery service, the Infiniti pool was not working well so that the water quality was poor, the pool shower was a high-pressure cleaner, the cushions of the sun loungers were completely exhausted and had to be covered with towels, on Fridays, the hotel guests dont have enough sun loungers, because so many external guests are using the Hotel Pool. In the advertising Doubletree is saing that they pay attention to the little things, in reality it is not necessarily so. The service was ok but nothing special and far from excelent.

Room is not ready although I booked and requested at 2 pm. Went to have lunch at the pool, we are 9 persons and I asked for ketchup - mayo and she got me small mini ketchup. My food was not ready because the fire alarm was on and oven shut down. So I could not take my room and cannot even have lunch.

Sehr gut geführte neue Hotel/Appartementanlage in direkter Strandlage mit großem Pool und sehr gepflegter ,schöner Gartenanlage. Überaus freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Die Lage am Endes von "The Walk" in Jumeirah lädt zu Spaziergängen am Abend mit großer Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung ein. Leider ist (West-) Jumeirah noch immer eine große Baustelle mit optischen und akustischen Störungen ist daher leider grundsätzlich zu rechnen.

Сам отель хороший, напрягают несколько моментов: стройка напротив (новый остров с колесом обозрения и жилыми апартаментами), на пляже очень много техники для развлечений и она постоянно с запущенными двигателями и старые зонтики на пляже, половина не работают.

Отличный большой уединенный ( в какой-то степени) пляж. И обширная лужайка для проведения гала-ужина под открытым небом. К сожалению, рядом жилое здание и шуметь можно только в строго отведенное время.
