Gladys WambuiI have been here for Cisco examinations and registration as an engineer. The customer service is okay but not the best. Please plan to go when you have sufficient time to wait.The Pearson office though, which is the Cisco testing center, has good services, and is a good testing venue.

malak hassanVery busy all the time. You have to wait always to submit your papers. Cashier is very slow and you have to do the payment In cash. No available ATM machines in the building so you have to drive if you need more cash. Services need to improve really since its part of the government process .
