Tara FletcherI purchased a used iPhone 6 for more than its worth. Exchanged my iPhone 5 in pristine condition. iPhone 6 I got in return , plus 800 on top of the messily 400 they took my iPhone 5 for, was just awful. The screen popped out within a week when I called they said they dont take responsibility and if I want it fixed I need to pay for it. Thats just messed up! They are simply rip offs and cons. seems if a local runs the show they can get away with it and nothing can touch them and they can keep cheating people. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Neil CoolledgeWorse service ever, totally not interested in customers. I took my daughters Macbook book in to get a simple windows 10 update, they deleted all my daughters GCSE work for 2016. My daughter is totally distraught because she now will fail her final exams, just because they could not be bothered to run a back up. Would not recommend never go there again horrible experience. If I could give minus stars I would have done.
