Hamza JilaniI love Sharaf DG, they have a great selection of products, but their Best Price Guarantee is not what you should come here for. Its a huge hassle and theyll likely deny your application. If you find a better price, buy the product there.

Sanjay PremchandaniI left the shop bitterly disappointed because of the lack of professionalism from the staff. I went in to buy a Microsoft Surface and after doing a great job convincing me to buy the product, I asked if the id that I had would be sufficient to get the conditional discount on offer, to which they replied yes. When it came time to pay, they said that it wasnt enough and that I needed to go to my online employee portal to prove my job. After we spent an hour waiting for them to discuss whether or not this would be sufficient to offer me the discount, they decided that it was acceptable only for them to change their minds once more at the cash counter again. I wasted an hour and a half waiting for a product I didnt even end up getting just because they werent professional enough to tell me at the beginning that I would not qualify for the discount and that I would have to come back with my id.

Slobodan MarolovThe screen protector service staff is not helpful at all They are arogant and not professional. Dont even want to mention that have no idea what customer service is. After two times visiting the same guy working there and explaining the problem with lost invoice he just sits there like robot and repeat the same thing. Sharaf DG pull your strings together and get some normal people working over there.

Bakery BCBi was purchases 3 haier ac from them still after 1 week my ac are not working properly when i contact on customer care they don’t have solution every time they sad we are waiting for approval. Very very bad customer service no seniors position people are available on customer care Ac installation team is very bad and they don’t have time for customer they only concentrate on money. they took 3 days to start my AC which still blowing hot air. Don’t know why Sharaf DJ spoiling image on front of customer before it was not like that. I love to purchases things from Sharaf DJ but after my current experience in future i will avoid to buy things from Sharaf Dj

A WSharaf DG has been advertising that if a customer finds a product sold cheaper at any other store, they will discount the product to be below the price found and by the same difference. I will intended to buy MacBook Pro from their store at Times Square mall and was surprised to find it was sold 12% higher than apple store. I showed them the quotation and compared the specification line by line but they came up with thousand Zola action shifting me from one employee to another. Their advertisement is a lie and they count on no one checking and when a customer checks or follows up they put endless obstacles.

Shikhar DhavanI went to Sharaf DG Time Square with my broken Macbook to repair it. the Authorized repair team quickly checked and told me that the apple storage and the display is damaged. Since it is beyond economical repair I thought of recovering the data at least to have my personal files saved. When asked, I realized they have ISO certified data recovery center in Time Square Mall itself. They recovered the data from my damaged storage disk, same day itself and saved on a USB HDD on an economy price... Thanks to the whole Recovery Team and the facility.. I suggest you to put some signs of this facility so that everyone in need can benefit directly, than going to different counters and then find out... We are living in a retail era where shops just put signs to keep there customers, but actually would be outsourcing specialized services like this.. Thanks to DGHELP recovery.

Sareen NazeerWell today i went there to purchase a TV cable.Very very poor service from the salesman.They dont look the average looking people in the eyes.If an european guy is being spotted they all come towards him .3 salesmen approached him along witha high position Sharaj DG staff.And when i asked about a certain they asked me to go and fetch from there.I approached him again and he said it is somethere there.Well u ask me he was busy???No he was busy laughing and talking with his colleaugues. See sharaf dj u have many staffs but why they dont attend customers?Must we approach them ?????and they give us orders what to do.I have seen places where there r so much short of staffs yet services are fairly satisfactory.Here u see many yellow tshirts everywhere but whats the use if u dnt help us.We also cannot pick some items and go just like hypermarket so again we approach and have to face their lazy attitude.Yes true this showroom looks like titanic very big huge but poor crew If u want good customer service wear a suit or wear some gold ornaments around ur body with some tattoos coz it is just pure form of rascism .

Mohsen AlsaawiAbsolute scamming. Got a phone from them and the guy who was presenting the product told me that they have a branch in my city in Saudi and I could fix it there. Then when I asked the cashier he said no. So I said ok I can still fix it in Bahrain if I needed to. I made sure with the guy promoting the product, the cashier, and the store manager himself. I get back to Saudi and after only a week the screen goes black. I go to their branch in Bahrain and I get "sorry the warranty only goes in UAE". They will lie and cheat to you just so you buy their product. DONT get near the store especially if youre not a resident of Dubai.
