    One of the best android device manufacturers and so much more. Everything included this must be one of the best electronic manufacturers in the world. Nobody is perfect but think about it. From awesome TVs, home appliances and the best phones in the world! I see this store have some really bad reviews, please note my review is based on my experience.

    Yesterday evening i bought new samsung s8 in samsuns store on last floor of dubai mall. After i noticed that phone have damage and this morning around noon i took back. Want to say that very bad customer care they have...first i need to wait technician to give me report and change phone, then he is not on work, then gentleman who work there told me to come after 5 pm because he is not here in mall only this morning. At the end he told me actually guy work only afternoon. Mine problem is i have work like everyone else...if the store is open shouldnt all staff be there to work..... in US i could change phone immediately, this is bought last night !!!!!! I expected much more from this store

    Such a bad costumer service ... i went there 2 get my s8plus as they called me 2 get it then this guy called visha shahl kept us waiting there for 3 hrs with no point saying that they dnt have device .... addibg 2 tht he didnt gave us refund and said we can complain anywhere he doesnt care

    HORRIBLE!!!! STAY WAY! We purchased a sound system upon a recommendation of their staff FOR A STORE INSIDE THE SAME MALL! I told them its a loud environment in our store (in Sega republic) we need something powerful enough. Same day we installed the unit and could barely even hear it in our store. Next day i dragged it back and they told me they will not take it back since it has been opened. I even offered to deduct 15%. NO! They give you a hotline to call, EROS (i thought i was buying from samsung, apparently i was buying from eros) So long story short, I LEFT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM THERE (800 dhs!) and left. Thats the end of it until we sue them. Can you imagine, we are a neighbor company in the same mall! We got a product that was recommended by their staff. How unhappy can you make a customer that one just leaves 800 dhs behind?! They dont care!!! Manager just says its company policy and thats it. STAY AWAY!

    I visited this store on 18/3 because my Galaxy S7 phone which I had bought in Dubai kept freezing and re-starting. The Filipino girl Jules who served me basically did what I had already attempted three times, ie. a hard reset. She then claimed that my phone had been bought in Myanmar and that the warranty wasnt valid in Dubai. It was only when I produced all my receipts that she checked again and realised she had entered the IMEI number incorrectly. When I asked her to have my phone checked out for technical problems because my factory resets had been unsuccessful and I dont live in Dubai permanently, she then said that my warranty was void because of a small scratch on the screen of my phone through which water could have entered the phone and damaged the electronics. To me it looks like a superficial scratch caused by a key in my pocked or something similar and is normal wear and tear, particularly because it is impossible to find a screen protector for the Edge phones which doesnt peel off straight away. However, Jules claimed that the glass was actually broken. Eventually, she agreed to contact Samsung and took a photo of my screen, promising to get in touch with me 1 or 2 days later with the response. And guess what: no response!! This is the second time I have had problems with Samsung customer service - while their products are top notch, their service is rock bottom!!

    Bad customer service, i went there for a discoloration with my s7 screen, they made me wait 30 minutes as the "technician" was away and when she came back she blamed the discoloration on a dent from 2 months. This customer service feels like a scam.

    Had a broken Sim tray on my S7 duos. The lady at the service counter was very helpful and took care of it in 10 minutes

    It is terrible. You go into the shop indicated on the website and ask for a TV remote control and they say I have to go an an industrial area and buy it from there. They wont accept to bring it to the shop. Other brands, Sony for example, will bring the requested item to the boutique.

    Avoid this branch. Poor customer service and bad attitude of the store manager and the team. If you buy anything from this branch, do check your purchase documents before you leave the shop as they tend to make errors and spelling mistake. The worst thing is that they refuse to correct it and they will tell you it is ok as they track by the number of the phone if there is any issue. If you step into the branch, most of the staff sit at the customer service counter and not promoting Samsung products. I have visited many Samsung stores in the Middle East and around the world, and the Dubai Mall Samsung Branch is the worst ever branch in term of customer services that I have visited. I agree with some other customers who commented the same poor customer service!

    Bad customer service I was having a issue on my samsung note 5. As per your advertisment of suggesting and solving problems of samsungs phones i also visit your outlet but the staff of the store are disgusting. If you are handling the customer you have to be responsible of his/her needs, suggest them properly. Dont just make fake ads. A guy there just make me wait for 15minutes and didnot came back for responce and later on another lady staff came and talked to me very rudly. What was that. Dont do a fake ads.

    The Samsung at Dubai mall is ok, but there delivery & installation team are the worst in Dubai. they are so unprofessional with there delivery and they cant keep track of your goods.I was very dis-pointed in it and will not be going back.
