Barry LakeAre not able to clean a camera properly! I took my Canon 5D mark II for a full service. A week later I got a call saying that I can pick up my camera. One test shot reviled that there was still dust on the sensor. I showed the technician who then tested the camera with his lens, same result. So I left the camera there again! When I picked up the camera the second time, they had lost my body cap and said I had not left one with them! NOT TRUE!! When I got home I saw that there were hairs on the inside of the view finder, which werent there when I dropped of the camera. I have written them an email but no one replies. This is very upsetting and is not good for the image of Canon! Can not recommend them at all! Technician was friendly but the guy at the front desk definitely not!
