    Apple has another home run in the design of this store. I loved the vintage point that was created for great photo shots while having a look around. I read many 1 star reviews here which I dont think they are fair. There has to be a clear divide between the beautiful location of this store and the after sale services provided for customers. So my advice to all of the customers who had bad customer service experience to use the proper channels to voice their complaints

    I was told the wait was three hours on both occasions I attempted to get my phone checked. I assume they anticipate customer footfall to double or triple in the weekends, why do they not have enough staff or technicians? Its not like they opened recently either

    As you would expect from an apple store, elegant from design point of view and well organized. The place is so neat, staff are energetic. Since Im not an apple fan there wont be much I can say about the store : ) but definitely a must visit for all apple users. The place has something special about it, It has a balcony featuring "Solar Wings", which is meant to keep the store cool during the day and swivels around to open at night for a new view of the Dubai Fountain.

    Apple Store should have been the ultimate service provider for its devices but Dubai Mall Store is incapable providing service for the 2011 models and they tell you this after you wait for a week. I have had liquid damage on my laptop and I have called the Apple Support in Dubai. They have booked Genius Bar for next week. I have been to the Apple Store in Dubai Mall for my appointment and the guy who is telling me he is the Supervisor hasnt even let me talk with technician neither he wanted to see my device, He said they cant not fix my MacBook Pro since my device is from 2011. I am extremely disappointed since Apple Support made me lost 1 week waiting and they told me at end the cant provide the service without even checking the device. I have got permission from work to go my appointment to fix my laptop during my working hours. The time I lost wont come back, and nothing is sorted out.

    Service is bad beyond belief! My phone froze and they make me wait within a radius of ten minutes from the store for at least three hours before I can get any help. One day off from work... Meanwhile I could enjoy the gathering of 10-15 staff in green t-shirts gathering up inside the store to applaud themselves. Advice - do not buy, or bring, any Apple products to Dubai.

    Finest Apple Store in the Middle East. Gorgeous looking store at the heart of Dubai mall. Two levels of awesomeness with its very own elevator and stairs. Beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and the Fountain from the lower level. All the Apple devices on display including the beats range of headphones. Experience the product before you buy it.

    Terrible experience. They dont really have a clue of the stuff they take for repair. The technical team call at certain time and when you come at that time they say the phone is not ready. No email no communication at all. Just terrible. Including the staffs attitude there.

    Pathetic service from "the most innovative" company in the world. They cant even do basic queue handling. I booked for an appointment for 6:45pm and got an SMS saying the appointment was confirmed. It also told me that I should be there 5 minutes early, and that they will send me an SMS again at 6:40pm. I reached at 6:40pm, despite being stuck in traffic. I approached the Apple Rep and after searching in the system, he told me that I would have to wait. He told me that it might be delayed till 8:45pm. Really?! 2 hours?! So Apple wants customers to be on time, and reserve the right to decline their service in case of any delay from customers but can do it themselves? Customers might be late by 15 minutes and its an issue, but they can be late by more than two hours. Pathetic. And the service rep didnt have any empathy whatsoever either. He just moved on to the next person in the queue. So here I am, waiting for two hours and writing this review. Im definitely selling my Apple products after this experience. Hypocrisy. An iPhone 7, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro Owner.
