Vicky TaylorDo NOT under any circumstances use Al Falaks mobile repair service. They do not know what they are doing and have ruined my Sony Xperia Z3 which is not even 12 months old. I took it in to replace a smashed screen and they managed to fit a damaged screen and break the camera in the process. I have since been back and complained and they have had to replace the back cover 4 times as it didnt fit properly and kept cracking. I demanded my money back - they suggested I give them the display back to cover their costs - I did not. The back has now cracked for a 5th time and the display is starting to come away from the frame. UTTERLY USELESS.
