The quality of service youll get is totally dependent of the company theyll book for you. I hired 2 different companies from servicemarket for lightning fixture installation, and the first company was the worst company ever which couldnt manage to install 6 fixtures in 6 hours, and the second company, which came to finish the job the first company couldnt finish, was a very good one. So be aware of that situation and ask for a company which is capable of doing the job before booking.

Bought Home Insurance and some service work (Paint) via ServiceMarket and I am very satisfied by both. For Home Insurance, the price of the policy was extremely competitive and I saved over 50% on my current insurance. For the service work, the team did a good a job and I managed to get my deposit back. Overall ServiceMarket offers a great service and a large choice of service providers to get quotes from. I would strongly recommend to anyone and look to do business again (next item planned: my car insurance).

Professional in responding and after making an appointment the team been very punctual. Lil english skills but were ok. Unfortuntalty all requested items were not brought along, no moving boxes, light bulbs or curtain hooks. Company solely provide the maintenance without the product, you need to purchase all yourself. So in the end it was waste of time for both sides.

All of them said they shall send me a quote on email before end of day thursday. I had a mix experience with MoveSouq. The good part: - The website offers the possibility to have multiple insurance quotes. It is easy and intuitive. - Staff is responsive and helpful through an online chat or phone call if requested. - Process is fast and smooth The less good part: - Once my insurance was issued I noticed a small problem. When I tried to get in touch with MoveSouq, I did not get any answers to my emails. I ended up directly calling the broker and the insurance company. I wished the follow up post payment had been better; At least a quick answer to my email with the contact details of the broker/insurance. MoveSouq have good intentions and are almost there. The customer satisfaction survey that triggers this review is a very good initiative and shows commitment and desire to improve. If they listen to their customers they will deliver a great service.

Overall, a good process and people friendly service. However, points to note: 1) The issuance of insurance in 1 hour has its terms and conditions, which arent advertised. 2) Union Insurance rated 8-10 thumbs up by service martket really make a person life miserable due to their inspection. A slight scratch was requested to be fully patched up prior to insurance issuance. What a waste of time and effort it was to get it done through them. 3) Finally, Service Market referred to another policy provider and things got done immediately.

I cannot complain about SeviceMarkets service. My problem is with the shipping agent, Southeast Movers, which I selected and I assume was approved/recommended by ServiceMarket. Southeast Movers collected, packed and shipped my household goods from Abu Dhabi to Durban South Africa in mid-December 2016. The goods arrived by ship in late January, and the problem started. Although Southeasts quotation was explicitly "Door to Door", the local receiving agents, Afristar Freight Services, charged me AED2600 to unload the goods (which I paid), but refused to deliver to my home. Since then, massive daily storage fees (which no one advised me about) have been adding up, and no one wants to take responsibility for delivering my goods as agreed in the original contract. I can see no solution in the fine-print of my contract, and do not have the money to pay the storage fees or transport. I am bitterly disappointed.

Most pathetic company in Dubai.Service market team of highly unprofessional people first spoilt my 50inches Sony Bravia TV , which their cleaner accepted of cleaning with water due to which the display panel knocked off and to fix Sony is asking for AED 1400 towards replacing the whole panel and its been 2 weeks and there is no resolution from Service market. they have been just apologizing for the mistake from their part but They dont have professional Team who knows dos n donts of Services Their team members Sheryl , Umar have been just making excuses day in day out with new excuse every day and no resolution so far. I would like to warn people and they should not use any service from Service market. They dont have professional cleaners and customer service representatives. Please note from last 14 days I am hearing the same story and no resolution so far. Sony engineer has done assessment and reported now what will unauthorised engineer assess....PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP

I used ISS Dubai: the warning signs were there from the start e.g several days totally uncoordinated approach to providing the price quote. Avoid ISS Dubai at all costs! They are incompetent and take no responsibility for they appalling service. Use a reputable shipper, will most likely be cheaper in anycase. Very bad experience from the first booked service i booked a cleaning service because my Mother is coming today evening to Dubai, booked two hours from the morning and i was totally depending on them to send someone to clean the apartment, they called me after around 3 hours of the booking and told me that today theyre already booked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How did they send an email so incorrect and misleading is astonishing... For a studio without painting the sealing for a size of nearly 500 sqft , they requested 600AED come on!! When someone called from MoveSouq and asked me for the budget and I told her that it was something around 400 AED, she started laughing. I swear if am her boss I would have kicked her yesterday. Then after a week or so, someone called me from their behalf asking me if I still want the job. No thanks! ill pass. Tip of the day : I did everything for 150 aed and tipped the guy with 20 AED. NEVER CALLING AGAIN!

Posted a move on Movesouq and received a mail from them and a phone call. The second mail I received from them showed they hadnt understood a thing I said during the call and I had to correct the misunderstanding. Subsequently received calls from all the removals companies Movesouq listed and I made an appointment for a survey with all of them. No one company actually turned up. In the end I had to organise everything myself, using yellow pages. Worse than useless!

this service does not provide me with an easy way to get things done on the same day, i specifically wanted a cleaning service on the same day and i got called the day after, meanwhile i had to search the web on that day and call at least 30 companies to find what i want. basically you guys have not helped in any way i just got a message from you 4 days later advertising some cleaning company. i cant say you guys dont know what you are doing just need lots of improvement on the website. dont show me 3 search result saying those 3 are available for today when they are not.

I was attracted to MoveSouq by its simple cleverness. The marketing and email layouts were easy to use and friendly. The rest of the experience was sadly way short of the mark. Move Souq proved they did not care about the most important factor in a "Customer Service" business the actual Customer. Some of the basics missed. No one followed up without making further calls No one kept their promise as to when they would get back Blame was put on the partner? (it is an end to end service no one will use you if you are great in Dubai but useless at the destination) I am still waiting for any quote regarding Household goods to NZ Fortunately Crown have called me today and will do the job Saturday. The review relates to Fixer Technical Services (painting) and Royal Prime Movers whose services are listed on MoveSouq. Royal Prime Movers were suggested by MoveSouq whereas I had selected Fixer Technical from the service listing available on MoveSouq. MoveSouq as website is alright however I was completely taken back by their recent response. I had shared the below bad experience with Fixer on 2 Aug. On following up with them in terms of the review shared, I was quoted that their policy is to publish review for Company only recommended by them. Well I respect that it is their policy and their website but no one even bother to respond back on review shared until I followed up. Fixer Technical Services I needed my three bedroom apartment painted before moving into my new rented apartment. The supervisor incharge inspected the property and offer me a price which was not negotiated and accepted by me based on assurance of good quality work, the work to be completed over a span of two days and professional team. However the nightmare started when the actual work execution begin. The supervisor came with big team with an intention to complete the two days job in one day and ultimately deliver poorly in terms of the actual work at the end of day. Painting was not done properly and at places finishing was horrible. I needed to withheld part of the amount to get these guys back on a second occasion to get the work done properly to an acceptable level. The team is not at all professional and the work done by them was completely shabby. These guys only consistently deliver on one thing though which is reporting late at all times. The inspection visit, the actual work day and the day when they were forced to come back to amend their work to respectable standards, they were late by good 30 to 45 minutes on all occasion. They promised me a lot but deliver poorly, wasted my time and provided horrendous service. Unprofessional people at core!!!!!! Royal Prime Movers I recently used them for a local move from Oud Metha to Mirdiff. It was not so good experience for us. Things we like about them was: Reported in time, came with two closed trucks and Mr Ali supervisor & few of his team members were committed and genuine person. Things we dislike about them was: 1. They ran out of the packing material. They came with limited packing material carton box, basic plastic wrapper and one bubble wrapper roll. An inspection was done by their team however the carton box carried by them was not sufficient irrespective of one of the big item corner sofa on my list was disposed off by me before the move date. They in turn offer me with used box which were not accepted by me. The team was reluctant in using the appropriate packing material where necessary. We needed to observe the process carefully and instruct them to take care of our items by packing it properly Eg couple of our photo frames kept on shoe rack were just dumped by them in one of the drawer without appropriate packing. These were slightly damaged after the move. 2.They did not send the hanger carton as promised to my wife. I had several iron clothes including 5 suits and they were all ready to just dumped it in the carton box. When I created the issue with the supervisor, they arrange for rod and converted existing box into hanger box. On contacting Mr Roy for the issue, he was more interested at that point to discuss the overall price. 3. Majority of their team apart from Mr Ali and few of his colleagues were least interested in the job, look completely clueless with the moving process and were reluctant to put in efforts. Inspite of agreeing in our quote for complete moving and unpacking services, as soon as we reached the new place and the bigger items were finished re-assembling, half of the team members just disappeared whereas the supervisor Mr Ali and his few colleagues were still putting efforts to complete the job as promised. 4. The back office support is terrible.

Move.souq is great. However, the service provided by WeMOve is poor and they cheat when quoting. They give a low price to attract your interest and when they come to make the survey, they dont even look at what you have in the house and tell you the price quoted is too low! This is very unethical and not professional at all. Result: WeMove is a rubbish service!
