Karan KathpaliaWorst laundry service in the world!! - subscribed to the 300 AED monthly service and my clothes were never picked up or delivered on time. - never received a receipt for the payment made even after repeatedly asking for it. - decided to put an end to the misery and had an agreement with the manager (Mr. Mosa) to get half the money back as I hadnt used much of the subscription anyway. Its been over a month and I havent got my refund, which the absolutely inefficient delivery boy Pavan probably decided to keep. If you dont want your clothes to look like sh** and are in no mood to lose money, please dont use Concierge Laundry services! (Wish there was an option to choose 0 stars!!)
