Where should I begin, it was just one horrible incident after another. First time I brought in items, I explained to them that I stopped using Armani hotel services since they would stretch out the shoulders of some really delicate shirts that I own. They said they would handle it properly, and they made the exact same mistake!
After the manager called and resolved that issue by compensating me, I started to bring in my own hangers to avoid another mishap, but they managed to screw that up also, by leaving ironing marks on the shoulder area. But I said to myself, I can live with that, and didnt mind it for a while. Then they started introducing grooves in, and they stopped doing regular ironing of normal shirts properly, and that is when I told them I wont be paying for a service undelivered! Either you do your job properly or I wont pay!
The last item I left with them, they didnt process it, and they didnt inform me why. They didnt even know that I left it with them, when I called the management!!
If you have good quality clothes, then avoid Primavera like the plague!
Ps. If they tell you to talk to Malik, then you are in for ride. This Malik guy redefines what being rude is. Believe me, you dont know the meaning of an ill mannered, rude creature until you talk to Malik.
