Rosie BrotherstonI live in Frond E Palm Jumeria and my dresses were collected 4 days prior to delivery with a promise they would be delivered by Monday afternoon and this was written on my receipt. The dresses did not arrive on Monday and I was told when I called on Tuesday that they had no driver the evening before . The sales person was unapologetic when I called and said that a time written on the recipt was not binding. When I asked why I was not informed of this I was told it was not a policy. If you want a company who honour their word --then this is NOT the company to use
