Worst place to apply for driving training, there teachers all the time talking to the students while giving them training ; even not giving training properly which becomes FAIL in test and all money paid by student... here is no check and balance on teachers all are rude and dishonest teachers. I am requesting RTA to randomly meet the students ...

Good place to learn driving .... though the yard tests are quite tricky ... most of the teachers are helpful ..early morning rta driving tests could get a easy test pass ..try your luck.

never think to apply to this school, you will regret ! they dont respect your time, they dont help, they take lot of money with nothing in return, they dont care when you complain, very rude staff and management.

Administration and accounts are always confused; I swear they keep changing policy like every 2 months. When I pay and book classes and transportation WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT, I expect them to be synchronized because theyre IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT. Instead, I get confused schedulers telling driving instructors who have a class in 10 minutes to drop me off at my house-half an hour away-instead. I had to literally leap into a taxi at a stop sign so she could make it back to her class and ONLY be 10 minutes late. When I went to the male schedule supervisor about my transportation not being consistent, he looked confused and asked, "Why isnt your transportation consistent? You should have consistent transportation" I DONT KNOW. YOURE THE SUPERVISOR OF THE DEPARTMENT WHO ASSIGNED ME TRANSPORTATION. My last instructor was meant to help me pass my assessment test, and the whole time, he treated it like some joyride and spent more time trying to be overly friendly than DO HIS JOB (to the point where I got uncomfortable, to be honest). I not only failed, of course, but I did even WORSE than the previous time; so much so, in fact, that the examiner (who couldnt be a male instructor, so already shes not in my department, but who cares about consistency """"ISLAMIC VALUES"""" EVERYONE) actually told me what I did was terrible and dangerous. The day right after the instructor just buttered me up. Nothing is consistent. Nothing is organized. Everyones happy to just mess up schedules of the driving instructors and transportation, I dont know why the long work days are segmented by a break thats AN HOUR AND A HALF LONG (which, by the way, the driving instructors dont get. So if you finish a class between 1:30 and 3:00 pm and you need transportation or to book a thing, youre s*** out of luck). Im not asking to pass every single time the first time (although, paradoxically enough, when youve failed enough times, you start to panic and just beg for the nightmare to be over). Im asking for a structure that knows how to just allow everyone to do their jobs and organize between departments properly. Im transferring to a school who knows how to just BE AN ORGANIZATION. Fix yourselves.

Most of the drivers wont give you proper lessons, bribe is a common part as I have heard from my friends. The worst thing is I have booked for a night class and the instructor gave me some theory because I have already experienced the night class in my country. Lol

Terrible experience. They try to tack on all kinds of extra charges. Very rude staff. The theory instructor was unbelievably rude and kept yelling at the students. His class is supposed to be in English but this instructor could barely speak English. As someone correctly mention, this is probably the worst place to be!

This is one of the worse companies i have ever seen 1- they are sharing wrong information and promises then when it comes to execution they simply said sorry none of these services available in this branch ( Barsha and alqoz ). 2- then because of wrong information provided i wanted to transfer documents to another school they said first u have to go head office in jumaira although registration was in albarsha then they asked for additional charges because of file transfer 3- then because of the miss in Jumaira branch so 1330 everybody is in break and secretary said that i have to wait for 3 hrs to get manager signature then next day i have to come again as my file in albarsha Totally confusing and no care at all. I strongly dont recommend this school to anybody

this is the worst driving school ever, they failed me 4 times claiming small errors, my question is if they failed me for 4 times what were the trainers teaching me after 70 classes. this is my biggest mistake in my life i joined Dubai driving center, moreover once you book for the final it will take more than a month for the dates

Dont use this school, at all cost not matter what will happen dont use them or you will regret it at least for a couple of years. A total nightmare and I did not start the classes yet. I have no idea why RTA is keeping them in business.

This driving school is one of the worst centers in Dubai i believe. I am in discovery gardens branch from past 2 yrs and yet to get my license.. to schedule my class i have to go to school everytime and none of the staff of right information. I saw one of the posts earlier. The guy by name jagdish is seriously an idiot and acts as though he owns the school.. He needs to be thrown out.. Now we have some other guy(Younis) sitting in this place, who doesnt know wat he is doing either.. He booked my classes even though my learning permit expired.. None of them know how to treat students.. Instructors are lazy and are not professional, they start classes late and finish it before time. Worst part is they are giving classes every 15 days once and exams after a month and tell us that it is RTA who gives the dates.. how would a student drive losing touch after a month. There should be some one from RTA who is monitoring this and take legal action against these guys. Al Quoz branch - Oh my god, no comments.. They treat people like animals.. NO word exists in the dictionary called RESPECT over there.. They treat students like slaves.. Worst school to be part off.. Stay away i am planning to change my school to a different one and looking for options.. If at all the owner of this page is looking into my post. First thing to do is sack all your front desk staff and hire right people to run ur schools and branches..

why do your customer need to wait for a month for re-schedule slot, but in collecting for a fee, you dont need to tell them to wait, your office is too fast in collection, thats what you call the highest standard in international driver training......

They robb you from money and waste your time. Guy driving bike for 15 years without licence managed to fail final exam 7 times without particular reason. Driving lessons are useless, communication in English is poor. Choose different school...or country.

This Driving institute is a scam and another money making scam. Especially in the discovery gardens branch. There is this guy called Jagadish. He will make sure you fail a few times if he doesnt like you.. I asked one of the pakistani instructors why i failed besides having driven well. He said its all in the hands of Jagadish who will decide who will pass and who will fail. Its a shame that this Dubai Driving Institute is a scam. Its better to use Belhasa.
