The worst schools to have enrolled in. The customer service has lot to be desired for and the feedback are taken negatively. Teachings are often contradicted by the final examiner.

One Pakistani male abuse me when I want some information.Once he also said harsh words about the female she come for learning. Even They do not guide properly. If you want some information then they said we will call you but they forget and if you remind again & again then they call head office. I think like in this manner no one will come there. Thanks

Very unfair test procedure, AL Ahli school operating workflows are not designed as per mark that students can learn driving and pass mostly in 1st try in fact there workflow are designed in such way that 95% of students will be failing many times. Details are mentioned as below. 1. The instructor does not tell you all the road procedures and other safety things, this is due to they are paid less then AED 3000 and they themself tell you we wont teach you properly if you want to learn then learn it otherwise just finish the driving hours. 2. The assessment test examiner, they never take fair test, as the cheat you by taking to those area in which road lines are erased by 90% and the assessment examiner expects you to drive as per 100% procedure assuming your very perfect driver and the conclusion become that you become fail and then they give you more 8 classes and charge you AED 540, 3. The assessment test examiner make sure that you have earned more than 60 classes then they will show some tolerance towards you and take your test in the printed line areas, below then 60 classes they will keep failing you, and even disturb you and confuse you during the assessment test. 4. Cost vs quality is too poor, the school has lack of many quality procedure such as the school never take feedback from student why they failed or by teacher such as why the student is fail, in fact there priority is to keep failing you to gain money by giving you more classes. 5. The timetable is worst, every time you fail or you have to schedule a class and school will give you class after 1 month or 3 weeks or after 2 months....and defiantly if the eduction has too much time or gap in practice and exam, then student will obviously fail. 6. Dont follow there cheap prices and promotion, as school target is to make sure to give you hard test all the time during assessment test, and the assessment examiner will always say your classes are too to low. 7. The instructor and Assessment examiner (school internal staff) you will find them behaving badly with you all the time and telling you that you have a lot of weakness lol

Worst driving school! I had asked for an English speaking instructor but they gave me an instructor who cant speak English( Mr Ahmed mahir) who hardly bothers to teach properly. Another worst driver is Mr Muhammad Akbar Manzoor who was my instructor for the parking classes, he doesnt bother to teach properly , he was applying brakes and accelerating without allowing me to do so and had a bad attitude. Mr Rajesh krishnan was the instructor who taught me the proper technique in parking. I have cleared my road test in 1st attempt. But I thought people who are going to join al ahli should know about this , there are some instructors who are lazy and who have a bad attitude, after all a person needs a good guide to clear the test. And not to mention the service of the school , its pathetic. Only the customer service people and the guys on the ticket machine are helpful. It might be cheaper as compared to competitors, but with poor instructors you wil tend to fail and end up paying even more. Its better to go with a good driving school with good service and instructors. Dont compromise on the cost.

It been 4 months down the line with 4 attempts at parking test ,3 attempts at assessment,and today I did my final road test today and failed with 4 immediate fail mistake and 25 minor mistakes.despite having previous experience of more than 10years. I Will let you be the judge

Its a great school for driving with international driving etiquette. I got my licence from here at first attempt in everything except the final road test which I failed only one after my own mistake not theirs. And guys stop considering your mistakes as mistakes of the institute if you failed just know you either didnt master what the instructors taught you or you were not in a good driving mood thats all: Theyll definitely show youve failed if you have failed indeed ......

Instructors are professional! From Mr. Zakker who make sure that you understand everything during his lecture, you can see the passion and care to his students by emphasizing the importance of hazards on the road! I passed the theory test with full understanding! For the instructor, they assigned me to Mrs. Rowena Kangken and Im extremely happy and satisfied with her way of teaching. I have zero knowledge in driving and she patiently taught me everything, giving me confidence in myself while driving. These two person are remarkably amazing on their job, giving Al ahli the edge compare to other driving school. Keep it up!

Ive seen experienced drivers fail their exam for no reason and when you check the result your mind gets blown.(and myself as an educateded person who has no problem while driving i see this as an insult to myself). I would like to add that the cars run on Gas not petrol which is very dangerous and the car is not responsive as petrol which makes it really dangerous apart from any accident. I do not recommend this Institute at all since the overall quality is not even 1 star if i had a chance to give it -5 i would do it with out hesitation. Read all the reviews and dont say that we didnt warn you. Sincerely An unsatisfied customer

At first i was not sure about the school but then i gave it a try. I was very happy with the results. Here a few points from what i experienced. 1- they didnt take more money from me it was exactly the same amount i was told from the very first day. 2- i passed all tests from the first attempt except the parking test which i failed once and it was really my mistake not theirs. 3- the scheduling department did their best to book me in as per my available timings. 4- i had 2 very good female instructors ( Rowena and Jessielyn) they did their very best to teach me. 5- the only thing that really annoyed me was that each single time u need to run to the cashier pay and then book the exam, once u passed u repeat the same procedure each single time and this can be very time consuming, but i believe that is how their system works.

This is not a driving school, it is pure business, they will find any excuse to make you fail and take more money from u again and again. Not all the instructors are good. Some are experts the others just dont care. You will end up paying one and a half times what u originally paid that is if you have a previous driving experience. If not than god be with you. The amount of paper work and queues are endless. This is the only place in Dubai which can make u hate Dubai.

Al ahli driving institute is a worse driving institute in my opinion and next up on you. Why I am telling you because I have experience of this institute now I am in different by transferring my file. If your money is worth for you then dont go otherwise waste your money and one think dont go for discount net thats a tactic to attract customer then rob them.

This is the most worst school Ive ever know. They eating your money and to let you know their tactics is you failed many times and theory test in 1 wrong mistakes. I almost got 6x for theory test in 1 mistakes and never they told what is the mistaken even you ask them. Second worst they failed you for the parking and assessment many times and they will eat again your money. Many instructors asking a favor like free load etisalat or du and sometimes they eating your time. DONT GO THIS SCHOOL BECAUSE THEY WILL EAT YOUR MONEY. This school describe as scam when it comes to money. Better to transfer your file to another school because you will wasted your time and YOUR MONEY. Try to search for school driving in UAE and you will surprised this school is too much complains and too much worst school. Think many times before you enroll in this school. Search first which school is better way and no listed of complain. DONT YOU EVER TO ENROLL HERE.

The worst school in Dubai. Everything is bad there. Bad organization and mess, the customer service guy is rude and arrogant, transportation is expensive and is not even good. Three times I took taxi, and the head of transport department dont know the roads and directions. They made clearance after every step, which is time consuming, and finally because of mistake of their employee I need to pay again. Finally I paid double price. I would never recommend this school. It is extremely bad. Simply choose another school, because this school wont be cheaper. Dont waste your time and nerves. It is worthless. I was only lucky to meet a good instructor.

Poor infrastructure. Mostly unfriendly stuff (few exceptions). Lectures are useless. Instructors for practical classes are mostly awful (I had classes with 6 different ones. Only 1 was a good one and acting like an instructor should be. The quality of their instructors makes you understand why Dubai traffic is what it is. They only follow the rules when this is convenient. I had argumentation 2 times because the instructor didnt give clear instruction (they barely know English) and they are not polite at all. Start using the pedals, touching steering wheel unnecessarily (at this time I stopped the car and said: "You better calm down or Ill leave this class. I dont know what kind of people you are used to deal with, but not to me. So, lower down your voice volume and be polite because I hired a service and you will treat me as a customer from now on"). I dont know about other driving centers, but I dont recommend Al Ahli!

Dont listen to those who gave the low ratings, I took the shifting course exactly 1 month ago and now I have my license! Instructors are professional, staff are smiley and kind. I passed te exam from the first try. Nobody is failed by the examiner intentionally, people are failing themselves.

Unfortunately, despite my friend circle told me not to join this pathetic driving institute I did. I did just because i was having discount from Jumeirah and result what??? I was failed several time and still dont know when they gonna pass me.. I was having Indian driving license for almost 12 years and i m living in Dubai for past 8 years. Despite me knowing all the traffic rules here in dubai and driving experience in India, I still decided to go for 40 class as safety was my 1st concern. But after joining i realise they dont fail you because of safety, they will fail you because of money. Same situation with my wife she took 20 classes from Emirates driving and she got passed in 1st attempt. Such a waste of time and money.....

Worst school in Dubai.They only looking for moneyMe and 3 of my friends started here last August.We all failed 4 times the final test.2 other friends started same time in another school.They already driving their own infrastructures there demanding for tips.7 out of 10 ask for money or stop the car near grocery and ask me to buy telephone card for them.If you dont they will not teach you.Even if you do mistake they will never correct you.just sit in there and play radio or play with their mobiles.Please do not go here.You can go if you have enough money to give them.
