Hadjer KebailiMy experience was horrible. I made an appointment because of some pain I was encountering in my spine. I received a number of calls from the receptionist at 11:15 asking me to come within 10 minutes for my 12:15 appointment because Dr. Kelly had no other patients other than myself and wanted to leave for the day. When I told her I was in Sharjah and couldnt possibly make it in that quickly she says what about 11:30. I sarcastically told her that if it was that inconvenient for Dr. Kelly to see me at the time I was booked in she should just change my timing to one that suits her best. She then puts me on hold to see what Dr. Kelly would like to do!?! What kind of self centred doctor puts herself above her patients? Needless to say I canceled my appointment all together. Ive booked with DISC instead. The customer service there was a million times better!

Ivan LazicThis is my worst experience in my life, I stuck in trafic with taxi as I am new in Dubai and I was late for 10min :) than thay informed me that chiropractic shoud resceduled me even I was under emergency waiting for two days for this apoitment.... I was in doubt berween up and whatever and American Spine Center now I dont have any doubt only pain in the neck and back and bitter taste in my soul..... :(
