Ishack M GafoorAll the services given by you peoples are very great. I am there for almost 6 years. I feel satisfied. But one thing i like to drop, please arrange to keep the telephone lines separate for the branch. It is very hard to have a call to the call centre and make a wait for to get connected. It is totally waste of time. Will someone look into this.

Olga KayVery bad services. Have done appointment with doctor over the phone, came to center and reception said doctor is not in today as if this is absolutely normal. Then they directed me to another doctor and I had to wait for 30 min. Different doctor was not aware about my case and havent done all procedures as per package I paid for, when I asked her about it she said she doesnt know, she was just asked to interpret report results. Absolutely unsatisfactory experience.

chandra magarvery poor service and follow up to client. i have visited 2 month before and doctor has suggest me that they will come back to with my vitamin D test results but i called to them after 2 month no thing has been done instead the staff is telling to me going to process now " i said no thank you very much", OMG what if client has passed away already ... with in two month

sujith pillaiGreat staff. Nurses, reception all got smiley & welcome the patients well. Myself and family goes to Prime Medical center sheikh Zayed branch for the last 5 years as we stays AL Khail Gate. Doctor Nadeem, Doctor Shibu all nice doctors in Prime.

Jane GathoniI visited today prime bank noor metro station. At around 12:20 .. while I was in the waiting area ,seated next to me were some several construction workers in red construction suit. This Arab supervisor or manager not UAE probably from an Arabic country ,came asking those construction workers to leave and wait outside in a very rude way .. and they were not allowed to wait at waiting area like other patients. He insisted that they go to some secluded room. But the receptionist told him that the room was occupied due to some meeting. He then suggested to kick them out and make them wait outside in a 40°c heat. My heart felt so much pain ... I was very upset and I called the Arab supervisor aside. I told the it was inhuman the way he treated those patients just because they were construction workers. And I also told him if they accept there insurance money they should also treat them like humans. My heart was even more broken when he told me that it was simply buy management oder. That construction workers should not wait in the same waiting areas as others. That to me was the worst discrimination I have ever seen. I felt so bad for the construction workers. No human deserve that kind of treatment. .. May Allah have mercy on prime management.

Kritner JBWe brought our baby before and seems they dont knw what theyre doing...they didnt check temperature of our baby and when we reached home we found out she has fever...doctor seems exvited to go home and in a hurry...tsk3x bad experience...

kanat sagandykovIf u feel pain and need fast and professional medical help, dont try to get help here. Very slow approval of insurance - 3 days, and they not interesting in how you feel during your waiting medical help. Very bad operator service.

SEAN WI need to take the blood test only, I dont understand why needs few days to get approval from the insurance company really slow system, I dont know its this hospital problems or insurance company problem. In case any emergency matter please dont go there.
