Anjana DasWe had to visit the emergency here on a brief stop over in the middle of our trip from USA to India due to an accident my son had at the hotel. We were promptly attended to and the doctor was patient enough to listen to us, explain our options and their consequences. My son had to have stitches that were very well done and we were in and out in an hour or so, in time to catch our next flight. Their charges seemed a little over the top even by US standards, but for the level of care provided in such a delicate situation, I would treat that as secondary

Khaled AlHouliFriendly staff. ER Dr.s diagnoses varies from one to another! which rally put us in a big confusion and sometime wrong diagnose. In addition so many tests and examination for a simple flu! In the end that describe the same medicine!

Afreen SheemaAlways excellent hospital.quick chk up, emergency is also best.all doctors are the BEST PROFESSIONALS,be it any doctor. When admitted the nurses handle the care so well that u feel home. Whatever condition you may go there,u will come out well recovered. Never a doctor here gives antibiotic ,unless a very severe condition.

Rajesh Jadhavhospital is very good , emergency staff is also very good .I experienced Dr Janaki is very worst and very rude.she will not give the detail information to patient reports and anything also medicine will not give properly and her nursing staff worst. this type of their staff is will not find in very low class hospital also. next appointment Dr will tell then this staff will not book and last moment will come to know ur appointment is not booked and Their staff will is also very very rude and worst. they list bother.

Debbie McLureI have been a patient here several times. The doctors are fantastic- they work as a team and they are not afraid to consult each other if there is a problem and through no fault of theirs I have several. Everyone from the specialists, nurses, catering staff and cleaners all treat each other and the patients with respect. I have not found this elsewhere. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough.

Dilshan KodikaraI have been going to this hospital for some times now. Just try to call them and ask some information, they will transfer you to another extension and no one will answer the line. Again you call them and complain about it, they will take your number and promise you to call back, but they never do. Very bad service...They just want only money...

Dubai BrookesThey gave us a appointment for ENT and we arrived 15 minutes before the appointment (as written on the appointment card) and we had to wait 1 hour to see the doctor. When complained they didnt even apologize. All they kept saying is wait.
