Bad customer service. Very poor explaining delays and even poorer at providing customer care. Checkout took 30 minutes although clinic was empty.

The appointment was good the doctor explained what i could have been suffering from extensively, unfortunately, to get the radiology appointment, it took exactly 2 months. and i am still waiting for someone to call me with the results (i call every week at once twice, this office and the dubai mall office and they always take my name and number and no one calls me back). I will NEVER deal with mediclinic ever again.
