Jenea ScottThe vision of this place is "to be the number 1 provider of medical services by 2020." The problem with this is they havent seemed to grasp how that works. Perhaps because Im new in Dubai I dont know how people do things, but I called to make an appointment and was told to just come between the hours of 5-7 pm. I arrived at 5:30. By 6:47 I still hadnt seen the doctor, at which time myself and another lady asked if we could come back a different day. The other woman was taken to the back where she continued to wait and was lied to that the doctor would see her right away (she had a minor issue that needed only 5 minutes to take care of). 15 minutes later I was taken to a room next to that woman only to discover she STILL hadnt been seen. At this point Id had enough. I asked again what day I could come back. It was a Monday and the receptionists said that it was the best day to be there. "Sometimes women wait for two or three hours to see the doctor!" one quipped as if that were a good thing! Look, I just needed this woman to look at my eczema and prescribe something. Apparently I made a mistake in thinking going to a dermatologist was the best option. So I left that place and went to Aster beauty clinic and paid only 30 AED for consultation. This place, on the other hand, was charging 300. If you enjoy waiting for someone who thinks they are doing you a favor by wasting your time, this is the place for you. I will never come back here and will advise everyone to stay away until they at least learn that if youre going to charge 100 times the going rate, your service better be IMPECCABLE!
