Went for my daughter treatment as she had pain in her tooth. I was not happy with the information provided as I felt it was something very simple and doctor portrait it to be complex. Possibly wanting to pull more money out of the pocket. The surprising part of my visit was when front desk asked me to leave a positive review in exchange for a GIFT! Thats so ridiculous. Are you trying to BUY review in exchange of a GIFT!! Really sad

Dr. Joy Dental Clinic made me look forward on my every visit. The clinic is hygienic and tailored with advanced facilities. The staffs are all polite and very accomodating. My dentist is Dr. Rajat and i would say that in 2 months of having the damon braces, i did notice significant changes on my teeth. He is very professional, allocates sufficient time to explain everything in detailed -- what to correct/achieve, purpose of adjustment, what to expect (the types of pain, what to do, etc.) and the progress. Very systematic! I highly recommend Dr. Joy and see for yourself its difference with other dental clinics.

Having been satisfied of the services they offered, i recommend Dr. Joy to everyone. When i undergo wisdom tooth extraction they explained to me everything i need to know before the surgery began. After that, they gave a followup video on how to take care of my tooth for faster recovery. Dr. Torres who took the surgery for me is also very responsive when i asked questions regarding the updates on my tooth. Im very much looking forward to have my other wisdom tooth extracted in the future here and have my braces as well. Life is hard with teeth problems but choose JOY anyway! :)

I am a case of TMJ for almost a year which is a very difficult to fixed and need SURGERY .Ive seen many orthodontist but most of them refused and reject my case. Thankfully dr. Great clean facility Attentive friendly staff I had a traumatic laser treatment I was underdosed in anethesia when I got laser treatment. It was painful Experienced a lot of pain. 5-6x we had to stop and I had to get injected again and again . It was only at the end that the pain was alleviated. But it was too late. Had to see a Dentist for my troublesome tooth and a friend suggested Dr.Torres at this facility which happens to be very close to my residence. Saw Dr.Torres for the initial assessment and learnt that my tooth needs to be extracted surgically as it had a broken piece inside the gum. Visited him again as per plan for extraction and was prepared for few days of swollen face with stitched gums and lot of pain.... Just about 15 minutes and he said we are done! I asked him if he has already cut my gum and will give me stitches. To my surprise he said that he managed to get the broken piece out without bothering the gum!!! I found him to be very gentle with thorough knowledge of the subject and his style of explaining is very impressive. (A nitpick - the place is normally crowded and does not have sufficient sitting arrangement for waiting people. Instead of large sofas accommodating less people, they can have small comfortable chairs for more people to sit).

Its been a year of Dentist visits for me and I have been very lucky to have Dr Torres as my dentist. He has been simply amazing in alll my sessions. He is very attentive to the patients needs and amidst any treatment is constantly checking for the patients comfort level. He starts any treatment with a clear description of the ensuing treatment and he even customizes that to the patients need. I am not one who likes to hear the mention of surgical instruments and he cheerfully accommodates that! At the end of every session, he always tells you what to expect and the girls at the clinic are always sweet enough to call and check after a critical treatment on how the patient is feeling. What always amazes me is his capability to be very smooth in his movements and that makes treatments a lot better. He has always urged me to update him about any discomfort I feel post treatment and for a complainer like me, thats a blessing! Kudos to Dr. Torres for his great work and to the supporting team at bur juman.

Recently had an abscess removal and extraction done at Dr Joy dental clinic Burjuman and this was performed by Dr Smitha Jacob. She explained everything clearly and in detail.
