Today around 8-8:30pm evening I went to shop with one of my friend to this shop opposite to union metro station.. Well everything was well and good until I came across one item in the household electronic section. It was a magnetic night lamp. I liked it. But when I was pressing the switch button the lights were not glowing. Lucky me one sales associate hopefully an Indian or Bangladeshi I cannot predict came by. I asked him in hindi language only that why its not working I want to buy this item. Now the bad part, instead of helping me on my purchase he didnt even care to listen on the first instance, then when I called him twice as I predicted might be because of crowd he might not have heard me, he simply answered me in an unfriendly voice WHAT??? Still ignoring his arrogance I asked him why any of those magnetic night limp isnt working. He answered me IT WILL NOT WORK and started staring at me and my female friend. Well, it was a very very bad experience,as we are regularly shopping from day to day since last 7 years nothing like this had turned out. My female has now denied to go back again there.. Later I returned back to the same spit to grab the name of that particular sales associate but he was not there, I checked some sections as well but he was no where to be found. Day to day is a renowned and customer appreciated established.. i believe that the reputation should not be disrupted or shattered due to some arrogant employees.. Thanks.
