Good response from staff n result for the treatment is not so good .. As they had promised to clear all the scars which they could not Keep up in the peals sessions. ,now my skin is only 40% better than before treatment .

I have just recently completed a treatment for hyperpigmentation. Despite the recommended sessions and the huge amount paid for, the marks are still clearly visible. In fact, other than a bleached effect and a slightly even skin tone, I dont see much of a difference. In order to further clear them, I have been asked to buy more sessions! Regrettably, I feel all those marks are coming back already! Disappointed! Cant think of any more investment until I see at least a 50% reduction!

Ive been a regular at Kaya for 3(?) years or so. Ive done laser for my arms, legs, face, plus Q Switch for Hyper-pigmentation and Im also currently taking treatments for my hair and stretch marks and to prevent loose skin from my current weight-loss journey. I have no complaints! Dr Mona is the absolute best, and Shraddha and Sandhya are also great. The staff are friendly and always have good advice, everyone has good knowledge about the services. So far, the lasers have helped immensely with my face, and legs. My arms are taking time. The hyper pigmentation from my chin has disappeared, and after one session for my hair (1 PRP and 1 Miso therapy each) I can already see the effects. My hair is softer, and Ive stopped using the serums I used to use before I started treatment. Because I dont need them. *win* You cant just depend on the doctor and the clinic to help. You have to put in some effort as well. If the Doctor/Staff has advised you to use their face wash, toners, etc, LISTEN TO THEM. I really started to notice how much my skin improved after I regularly started using the products. I regret not listening to my Doctor and the staff earlier. x_x

I am doing hair reduction treatment and its really working for me , hope I wil get the desired results at the end of treatment, but I think they should increase the time of laser , if it is for few seconds it wil take longer time to get results and we might need to take one more session, 2nd thing kaya should give proper time to each client they dont have to apply creames before and after session.

I had requested the HydraFacial done by the hydraFacial machine as my dermatologist advised me to do it before using a prescribed medicine because I have extremely sensitive skin. Before I made the appointment I asked so many times about it wanting to make sure it is the one my DR. Told me to do and Kayas staff told me it is. At the end of the treatment when I asked her about the water that should be left over from the Hydrafacial machine as my dr. Told me there should be, kayas technician told me that what she preformed was actually an Aquafacial!! Which supposedly is a type of hydrafacial. I am mad and furious and extremely unsatisfied by the service and the "supervisor" that called me the next day very rudely trying in every way possible to prove me wrong instead of solving and understanding the situation. Efficient and friendly communications are essential always, which unfortunately I feel lacked when I visited Kaya.
