Went for my daughter treatment as she had pain in her tooth. I was not happy with the information provided as I felt it was something very simple and doctor portrait it to be complex. Possibly wanting to pull more money out of the pocket. The surprising part of my visit was when front desk asked me to leave a positive review in exchange for a GIFT! Thats so ridiculous. Are you trying to BUY review in exchange of a GIFT!! Really sad

Got my first of two impacted wisdom tooth removed today by Dr. NITHIN SHENOY . And it was done amazingly. The doctor is expert on this kind of procedure. He explained to me everything I need to know about my procedure. The place is excellent, the receptionist Ms Anisha is very welcoming from the time I entered the clinic until I left the place. The dental nurses are very welcoming as well. I will surely recommend this clinic to my colleagues. Thank you very much.

I read about Dr. Joys clinic over the internet and read a lot of good reviews and thought to give it a try myself. I have to admit I have been to three orthodentists/clinics in Dubai before I came to Dr. Joys. I walked in one day and hoping there was an ortho I can consult with that time- luckily, Dr. Ravi was available. I showed him my x-ray which I got from the previous clinic and I was expecting him to say some complicated things and offer overpriced packages. However, Dr. Ravi was so professional and explained his suggested treatment plan.He was so direct and suggested the best treatment for me. From the first consultation, Dr. Ravi made me feel so at ease and confident and so I booked my next appointment to install the braces the following weekend. During the week, I was a bit confused on which kind of braces I should get but Dr. Ravi was so accommodating over the phone explaining to me what is recommended for my treatment and that I should take my time to make such decision. I postponed my appointment but when I met with him again he was so calm and patient with me being that I have so many questions and concerns. He suggested I get the self-ligating braces for my treatment as there was no need to pull out any tooth. I also did an extensive research about this as I am quite meticulous with these matters and yes everything Dr Ravi said was precise and he was being very straightforward and honest. I have so many concerns with dealing with medical/ dental stuff, but Dr Ravi at Dr. Joys Clinic was the first (in all honesty) that I felt so at ease and I trust fully for my treatment. Even during the installation of my braces, Dr. Ravi attended to my comfort. I didnt feel the 90-minute on the dental chair at all. Heres another confession: the chair was tremendously comfortable! In fact, everything else was- the waiting room, the xray next door - very convenient, spacious clinic, friendly nurses and staff! Im not just exaggerating, but Ive really come to trust the professionalism and services of Dr. Joys Clinic. I strongly recommend them!
