alison markDr. Kremer is an amazing doctor and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend America British Surgical & Medical Centre. They will do everything and they are all very caring and realistic about whatever you decide to do. I highly recommend him for liposuction. He is nice and truly cares about his patients. His staff is wonderful and friendly. If you want a doctor that will be honest with you and tell you truthfully what can or cannot be done, then hes the man you want. When I decide to do any other procedures, I will go back to his office. I highly recommend him and I recommend them to anyone.

emad saeedI went to ABSAMC Dubai for liposuction treatment. I am very happy to have chosen plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Mani an incredible surgeon I must say. I had naturally looking results which is what I was aiming for. The Patient coordinator and nurses of clinic are very friendly and professional, and what I liked most is that they will listen to all your requirements and then suggest the best, even if they think you don’t need a surgery at all or just need a minor correction they will tell you straight away. This is what I like most they put patient’s safety and beauty first. Definitely one of the best Plastic surgery clinic in Dubai - highly recommend!

Erica SmithI initially got in touch with ABSAMC and after chatting to the representative who dealt with the surgeons I was put through to a consultation. After lots of discussion with the helpful and caring rep (Michelle) we then had a skype consultation with another surgeon and decided that he was a better fit as he was located in the UK. I then left it for a couple of weeks and when we talked again we decided it would be best to come into London and do a face to face consultation as he could properly assess me in person. We confirmed this by e-mail and I came to London (quite a journey after work when you do not live in the city) for an 8:30 pm appointment (as that was apparently the only one left with the surgeon). I arrived to find a confused receptionist who informed me that Michelle was no longer working with the company and that another woman was handling all the patient requests and that I should just go home as no-one was there to see me. I quickly discovered that although this is an international group of surgeons in the UK all patients are apparently only handled by one rep and there is no-one else you can speak to! You cant get in touch with anyone above her as the reception number is just a switchboard and they arent part pf ABSAMC and Lauren was definitely not responsive or helpful. After an e-mail where she promised to get in touch with my surgeon and a month with no further reply I then rang the number in Dubai where they got in touch with her for me and assured me that she would ring back... she did not. I am sure that the quality of the surgeons is great.. if you manage to actually get in touch with them.

Jon MccawiFirst of all, ABSAMC is extremely over priced ( compared with industry average and even with higher cost Americans or Europeans clinics). Their costs are not justified and when questions the sales staff were deceptive. Dubai offers other Medical facilities with hospital like services for a significantly less costs. The visiting doctors are sometime world renowned but the Sales staff (faitma) appeared to be less than honest. In the medical services trust is vital and it felt that I was being lied and cheated. ABSAMC management should re-evaluate their business practices and visiting doctors should apply pressure to ensure their reputation is not negatively impacted by the conduct of ABSAMC staff
