Tl;Dr If you go here on a Friday without an appointment, youre not gonna have a good time Service: I had an emergency on a Friday and this was one of the few clinics open in the vicinity. It had good reviews online so went to their website and tried to get an appointment, chatted with the rep online who assured me that Id get a booking once someone was in office. Did not get a response after opening time (as mentioned by their website customer rep), so tried calling them on the number mentioned multiple times - no response As mentioned before, this was a bit of an emergency so I went to the office directly to try my luck. There was I believe only 1 doctor and 1 nurse in the office on that day with no one manning the front office. The nurse didnt recognise that a new patient was in nor was I able to get the nurses attention the few seconds she was out of the dental room. So being in pain as I was (and the fact that the closest dental apart from this was 2 hrs away from opening time) I decided to wait. The wait was for an nearly an hour (as the only nurse on duty was assisting the doctor), finally after which I got the nurses attention and she was able to get me an appointment. I had to wait another 20 min before the doc saw me and let me know my diagnosis. Billing: The 2 min consultation was billed at 75dhs, which is pretty standard I guess, but my main issue is that I was told to pay the full amount although my insurance has only 20% co-pay. The nurse did mention theyd get back after checking the details of the insurance but its been a week now and no proactive revert on that front. Note: One of the doctors from the clinic called me up a week later (after I posted a 1 star review) and let me know that the clinic operates on a bare minimum on Fridays. Ive since changed the rating to a 3 star

My Invisalign treatment was completed in the time frame that the doctor had predicted. The appointment times were short: I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. From start to finish, the treatment process was seamless and Dr Anupama Jaswal was excellent when it comes to following up. I am happy to give both the doctor and clinic my best recommendations.

I had consulted with two other orthodontists before visting this clinic. Dr. Naeem was the only orthodontist who wanted to understand what my goal was. He was attentive to all my concerns and I got my braces without needing to have any teeth removed. I am halfway through the treatment and my teeth are looking so straight already. Though a trip to the dentist may not seem the most pleasurable experience, the team at Noa seem to have made it into one. With their warm smiles and friendly demeanour, a routine check-up and cleaning was transformed into a nice morning. Efficient, professional and subtle, Noa did not fall prey to all style with no substance. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend a visit to Noa to other people.

My wisdom tooth came out quite late and was seated in a complicated position. It was hampering my jaw movement as such. I am based in Abu Dhabi. With a lot of references and discussions from friends, I was told about Noa dental clinic in Dubai. It is not that far and I visit Dubai anyways on my official trips. Dr. Hari is highly experienced and the tooth was out in less than 20 minutes. Awesome treatment!

From start to finish, NOA Dental Clinic put me at ease, from the receptionist (Joy) to my Dentist (Dr Zul). My whole experience was top notch, I would recommend this place to anyone that has a phobia or anyone that wants to receive the highest standard of treatment at a affordable rate. I feel I have to write about the best dental experience I’ve had. The doctors are great here and explain what they are doing at every step. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure. Was most impressed on receiving a follow-up call the next day to check if everything was OK . I now intend to start my Orthodontic treatment as well at the Noa dental clinic. Thank you all at Noa. I am very picky about my dentists...and finding a dentist in Dubai (just a few blocks from my house) has been a blessing. The clinic is warm, and has a family feel to it. Dr. Zul is extremely attentive, gentle and I have never been upselled at his office. If he recommends something, that means you should consider it. If he insists on something-it is a guarantee that you will definitely need it. I understand, you can never please everyone, but in my 5 years of seeing this doctor, I have nothing negative to say.
