Great dentist surgery. I decided to change my dentist as I was not confident with my previous one. I was recommended Dr Joy and have visited the Jumeirah branch twice so far. A deep cleaning with the Hygienist Faith and my first stint of dental treatments with Dr Franco. Very impressed with both. Also, the reception team when you are arrive are very nice friendly and welcoming. Especially the blonde girl with the big round smiley face.

She is absolutely professional with years of experience behind her. I had my teeth whitened with Linda and the result is still amazing even 1 year after the treatment. During the whole procedure she was caring, reassuring and all smiles. Since recommended her to others and all had the same pleasant experience. Especially what I like about her approach is that she doesnt trick you into unnecessary treatments to get money out of your pocket. The Dr. Joy Dental Clinic is the best place for anything related to your dental health.

I am totally happy with my orthodontist Dr Michaela at Dr Joy Umm Suqeim branch. I have a severe case of overbite and have delayed getting braces for many years because I didnt like the look of them but now, with ceramic braces and Dr Michaelas treatment, I wish I got it done much earlier. Dr Michaela has a great personality and easily puts me at ease with her attention to details. I love that shes able to answer every concern that I have. Her methods always make sense to me. I had high confidence in her after our first meeting and my confidence have been growing even more every time I see her because whatever she does, she does it efficiently and effectively. I see result. In every visit, there is always a big visible improvement in my teeth so I can truly recommend Dr Michaela to absolutely anyone looking to get braces done. I was seen by Dr. Khurram who reviewed my options with me, answered all my questions, and put me at ease before beginning the procedure. Needless to say, I was anticipating quite a bit of pain but I felt absolutely nothing and my new crown looks far better than my original tooth ever did. The entire procedure from start to finish was painless and easy. I believe Dr. Khurram said he just recently moved from the U.S., and the level of his knowledge and expertise really shows it. I used to dread dental Vists but who knew that today was the end of it at Dr Joy Clinic in Jumeirah.. Being refered and having read all the positive reviews I decided to pay them a visit.. The reception was very welcoming. First was seen with Cosmetic Dentist Dr Khurram.. I was very very pleased as he knew exactly what fitted me best when he checked my teeth. He was very thorough by explaining all the best options for me which I ended up choosing Invisalign Treatment.. So am looking forward for my perfect smile.. Next was seen with Dental Hygienist, Dr Faith. This is where I used to freak out all the time for the past 5 years because I used to be in so much pain after cleaning. Today everything was totally different.. Dr Faith spoke me through about what she was going to do. She was very professional..Normally while doing cleaning I used to shake, make lots of movements but today what a relief.. All my fear for dental Vists blew of the window. My experience at Dr Joy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. For sure I finally found my Dental Clinic......I am so happy. Am looking forward for my next and next and next visits to come. Good job... Dr Michaela provided me with fixed wires after my Invisalign treatment. She went over and above to find a solution to one of my teeth that had rotated back, essentially resolving a problem that another dentist had been unable to do. She also smoothed out the edges of my front teeth that were jagged due to grinding. Overall she made me feel very well looked after following a bad experience at the Invisalign Center, listening carefully to my concerns and explaining her solutions to me. I will be recommending Dr Michaela to anyone needing an orthodontist!

Her patient communication is impeccable, hence helping me understand the nuances of my issues. So is her actual treatment, wherein all operatory work done was done very carefully, hence being the most comfortable one can be made on a dental chair. I would recommend Dr. Rashida for patients who need a professional dentist, with senior expertise in TMJ and Neuro-Muscular issues, can communicate with you of your situation in the most optimistic way along with providing a proficient treatment at par with expectations from a clinic of that stature. Found out about this clinic through my insurances service provider, and it was fairly easy to find. Its on Al Wasl road near Waitrose. I scheduled a regular cleaning, but after Faith (their very friendly dental hygienist) assessed the damage, I had to go for deep cleaning which required anesthesia. Shes very good with it, she explained the whole procedure before doing it and when she said shes good with injections, she really is good with injections. I would definitely recommend getting your teeth cleaning done with her. Shes accommodating, fast, and the results were good. What I loved most about her is that she speaks fluent and understandable English as well as the reception staff which made the whole procedure easy. And they have valet! They have free valet so you dont have to worry about parking at all.

My name is Irina. I heard about Dr. Myron Kushnir from my friends and came to Dr. Joy. From the start it was different from my previous experience in Dubai when I was asked "what would you like to fix today", and sometimes you dont know if you have problems unless you have toothache. Doctor Kushnir started by making an x-ray, explained all the problems with my teeth in detail and set priorities. The whole procedure is documented and in the end you can see the pictures showing before and after. Now all my teeth are fixed and look good, thank you doctor! Also, I liked a radio music in the background during the treatment procedure. -) Also I visited Dr. Faith Isayed for cleaning. She recommended an effective cleaning procedure which is less harsh on the teeth. Before I had a kind of "sandblasting" experience which is easier to perform but it is more destructive. Dr. Isayed gave me several useful recommendations on teeth hygiene. The personal at the reception and nurses are very helpful and positive. In general, the clinic is cosy, you can have coffee and read a magazine or watch a tv while waiting. I give Dr. Joy Dental Clinic Jumeirah 5 stars. Thank you -)

one of my friends recommended dr joy to me. I have a very complicated case so I was very skeptical in terms of finding a solution. I have lost hope after having 2 failed implants done by another clinic. The first person I saw was Faith. She did a very detailed assessment and she assured me that I have options. My gums were in bad shape, she did a deep cleaning that required multiple visits. She was very patient as I was nervous. She gave me great tips regarding the improvement of my oral health. Then she booked me for a full ortho assessment with dr Rana who was equally fantastic. Dr Rana explained all my options and possibilities regarding braces. Rana was so friendly and detailed in her assessment. I will be using braces to move my teeth so I can have new implants placed by dr Gabriel who came highly recommend. I cant stress how happy Im to have met faith and dr rana, they make a great team and its a pleasure being their patient. Thank you faith and rana for being amazing!!!!

Dental Clinics visits are renounced to be very daunting that we think 10 times before actually going. Dr Joy Clinic Jumeirah Have simply broken this bad picture. I have been there last Monday and cant wait for my next visit. Im a new expat in Dubai and this was my first Dentistry visit but was an urgent one. Had a decay in tooth 46 and it looked bad. So after some research i ended up choosing Dr Joys. They have managed to slot me in the same day which was a big relief. Arrived there and was welcomed by the very friendly yet professional receptionist , which i had taken her name, and within 5 mins I was ready to be seen. Dr Jelena was the unlucky one to see me :-). She was exceptional on all levels. within 45 mins I was done with a full check, Hygiene, and the tooth filling. The tooth looks as good as new, u cant even tell it has been worked on. Never experienced anything like that. Cant comment on the cost though as I have got nothing to compare it against Cant recommend this Clinic enough.

I do not recommend this dental clinic. Did my dental implant with dr. Franco, he last minute canceled my appointments a few times. Took me over a year to get it done. the lab bring the implant with wrong color, but dr. Franco didnt care to check, so I wasted my whole afternoon and taxi money for nothing. Came back last time the color is still too white, but I dont want to go this clinic again so I had it done. Afterwards finding there is a big gap between the implant and my own teeth. Swear to god, it will make u regret.

I went to dr joys clinic in jumeirah 2 weeks ago after seeing the good reviews on Google. I was in pain because a part of an old filling has fallen off and food was getting stuck inside. I called and got an appointment on the same day with dr Lari. After taking an Xray he explained it was exactly what I thought so he went ahead, took out the old filling, cleaned the tooth and refilled it. He then told me that theres a minor decay on the tooth next to it that didnt even appear on the XRay so he cleaned it. I went to pay and I was surprised that he charged me 1200 dirhams which he explained by " we charge by surface no matter how small the job is" which is fine had he informed me. I went back the next day not only because he said he saw another tooth with cavity on the other side of my mouth but also because I was still in pain and couldnt eat on the tooth he fixed. He explained it was just the bite and he fixed it as well as did the other tooth he had told me had a large cavity (which took one hour of work through which He didnt give me a single break) so I ended up with the worst jaw pain for at least 4 hours after. Today, 2 weeks later I still feel the pain in both teeth and Im unable to eat properly on either side. Moral of the story, my experience wasnt successful unfortunately and I would never go back again. Since there are many good reviews on this clinic I assume there are better dentists so make sure you know which ones people Have had good experiences with.

The staff is multi-national and well qualified. Mrs. Faith Isayed, B.A., R.D.H., Dental Hygienist, is one person to mention who clearly stands out. The wonderful young lady with New York roots and a Hollywood smile is probably the best and most professional Dental Hygienist I have ever met. She is a true pleasure to deal with, always nice, friendly an polite, and very well educated and qualified. She listens, takes time for you, and really cares. Her advise and the results produced are always great. Her personality makes you feel calm and forgetting your fears, the treatment is gentle, something I really value very much. I had a terrible pain at my upper left wisdom tooth, I have been given an appointment in 1 hour and I met Dr Rashida Singaporewala. I have been examined, given antibiotics and went the day after for removal. The doctor, very understanding of my worries, has been very gentle, explained the process thoroughly , giving me all the details and ensured me I would have not felt a thing. That was exactly the case, Dr Rashida has done a fantastic job, making me feel at ease and giving me the directions to ensure I was going to heal fast. I cannot recommend her enough, she is a credit to the profession and for somebody that has fobia of dentists,it says it all; she will be my choice for as long as I am in the middle east. Despite having some less than impressive teeth whitening procedures done in the past I have always wished for whiter teeth. I was sick of buying over the counter whitening products, toothpastes and pretty much anything I could get my hands on and I was now very pessimistic about the results of teeth whitening. That was until I heard about Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening treatment. My teeth were assessed and the start colour of my teeth was determined before the treatment, the dentist then cleaned my teeth. Next step was to protect my gum area with a protective gel, the zoom gel was then applied and activated with the use of a special light from the Zoom lamp. This was left on for fifteen minutes, the gel was then removed and the process was repeated a further two times, it can be done for an additional cycle depending on the whiteness desired however when the dentist told me my teeth match the colour of the tissue I decided this was enough. The dentist then removed the excess gel and protective gel. The results can be seen from the first 15 minute cycle, however after the final third cycle my teeth had lightened by four shades! I couldn’t believe just how much brighter and whiter my smile actually was, and as part of the treatment I was also given a whitening home kit for future touch-ups and to maintain my new smile! The treatment is priced at Dhs 2,100 which is fantastic value as my teeth look incredible almost one year later. Thank you!
