Kunal BhansaliI wish we had an option of at least 10 negative stars. just imagine an impatient courier guy comes to your door step and yells at you for just asking him to hand over the parcel while the ID is being provided.. its not safe to have such guys coming at your home for delivery. I have already made complaint against him in the Parzel .. hope appropriate action will be taken.

emz villaruelParzel i lost clients because of you. Never say you will deliver on the day it if you cant. Clients are waiting for the item and shes travelling back to her home country, tell honestly if you cant deliver. rather than client wasted her time and my time waiting and keep on calling you for follow up. You should pay for the courier now to Philippines. aside from that you /dont have 24/7 service operation number that we can call and rectify the issue as soonest as possible. what a waste of time!!!!

Amal AdrsIm so pleased with the service! The courier picked up my item from the doorstep within an hour or two of my phonecall, and the customer in dubai recieved it promptly the next day. They also charge 20dhs for delivery, the lowest ever - others charge a flat rate of 30. I recieved my cash in a week. Impressed! Thankyou!

FEB 916 Im expecting to received the item that i ordered thru an online site who gave me the REFERENCE # and it will be delivered by PARZEL COURIER...i make a follow up at 3pm to one of the STAFF on the PARZEL COURIER, and she told me to wait as delivery time is from morning till 5pm, but IVE BEEN WAITED TIL 7:30PM as they keep contacting one of their delivery man and assured be taht it will be delivered on that day....BUT NO ONE CALLED AND CAME TO DELIVER THE ITEM ON MY PLACE so they told me to wait NEXT DAY....But how UNLUCKY I AM, as the same situation and telecom conversations happened AGAIN on the day Feb 10..and Feb 11 only yesterday I followed up AGAIN to the Parzel Courier office, 5 Times as i need the item urgently but no one came from Parzel Courier and the Staff whom i spoke with telling me TO WAIT??? UNTIL WHEN???????????????????? YOU WASTED MY TIME ALREADY BY KEEP PROMISING THAT MY ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED ON THOSE DAYS HAD PASSED BY! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL!!!

Hrach KalsahakianMaybe I am unlucky but there has never been a time that I shipped with them without complications. But I have become familiar with their style. I do several calls and try to explain where things are going wrong. They always promise to help and they manage to do something after 2-3 people from the company get involved. It is the same if you are given reference number or not given: you need to call them several times. Hope they adopt an effective follow-up system. Until that happens I will keep them as an alternative company.

They say to the head office that they visited but no one was at home or no one picked up the phone. Whilst I sat at home for the days waiting for them. Waste of time waste of my patient and waste of your money. Save it or spend it somewhere else!

SN MReally, really poor service. First off trying to arrange the pickup and delivery over the phone was painful. I have used this company a couple of times before so I know for a fact I have an account with them. The filipina lady could not find ANYTHING related to my number or name on the system so had to start all over again. The lady also had no idea about areas in Dubai - I had to spell everything out. Even then it was written wrong. My phone number was taken down or written wrong. It was written as 040 instead of 050. ANY person with experience in Dubai knows that this does not exist. Because of this the delivery guy was ringing the wrong number and did not deliver my document. The confusing thing is when I called the 600 number again to try and chase my document there was STILL no record of me on their system. The indian lady was really kind and helpful and seemed to be able to track down something for me. Anyway I thankfully received my document the next day. To top it off I received a call from one of their employees a few days later saying that I didnt pay the delivery fee!!! I was insulted!! Of course I paid the delivery fee otherwise how would I have been able to receive my document? Outraged.... will never use them again.
