They called me on Wednesday and asked me for my availability. Then they said they only deliver the parcels only on Saturdays!!! So, they made me drive to their office in the middle of the nowhere to collect it, and what I saw was a very messy place!

So bad experience in this courier service.Got a call one previous day to delivery and waiting whole day .And flow up with more than 20 times by calling them.But all of the thier staff not able to answer.All the time blaming to driver.and telling that driver will call .but unable to deliver document.Better shot it down than having very poor service.Aramex, E post and other services here in UAE never disappoint.Honesty this company will not have future if no any improvement from past what they doing very bad service.
