deez3dHad a great experience. The person at the counter was very helpful and gave precise instructions that we need to do to get the package mailed out. The package was delivered on the promised date and time. They gave us a 15% discount along with a 30% discount voucher for the next time we ship. Will definitely recommend this location and service.

William IrwinI have no complaints at all with the service i received. I originally was going with UPS to send something to the United States, but after reading a lot of bad reviews, i decided to go with FedEx. Found it very easily with Google Maps, im not sure why people said they struggled in the past. Was greeted by a pleasant member of staff who helped us. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Lukasz ChudzikNot reliable. I was supposed to get parcel at day X and got phone call by that day it will be delayed because ...they were not sure about the address. So instead of calling me morning to reconfirm just waited till afternoon to not be able to deliver on time. Disappointing. Not recommended.

Abishek BharathanHorrible customer service. Had to pick up a package whichever I was told would be available at the center at 9am. Upon arrival the lady said the customer service team do not know our procedures and scanning the package will take another two hours. What kind of multinational organization does not have their CS team integrated with their procedures? Rude staff to top it all up!
