smruti ranjan karHorrible experience as there is no negative rating option so i have to rate 1 star. Unprofessional company and i am not sure why Indian consulate/BLS are using their services. No sense of behavior by delivery professionals. From last 2 days tied of with several follow-up. spoke to their operations manager Mr. Salman and i believe they should not be in this business.

Srinivasan PrabhuI got the message from Blitz on 25th evening around 7pm thru mobile message. I searched for Blitz and was shocked to read the reviews and i was so scared that what if it delays as per review. But i was happy to get call from Blitz at around 9am the next day which was yesterday.. And they said we have ur courier and the delivery personal will call you to take the location.. To my surprise he called within 10 min and took the details of my location. He came to deliver at 11.40am.. The delivery guy was nice coz from my side i thanked him and appreciated for the quick response. Let me tell you all.. I had no issues with them.

munni salamMy daughters passport was processed and despatched by bliyz 2 days before mine was despatched by another courier. I have received my passport promptly within 24 hrs still no news of my daughters passport. They call daily asking for info yet no one has delivered yet. Cant believe that BLS uses these unprofessional people.

Mustafa TaherThe worst experience. Delivery man tells me to come and pick parcel from where he is standing. When I ask him his name, he threatens that you do whatever you want to do. Called main office, they said they will look in the matter. Nobody called back. I called and told them to keep passport and I will go personally from Sharjah to their office in Dubai to collect it. I will raise this matter with the Consul General of India and also BLS International.

Rakesh Pujarirating blitz courier is also a worst thing. They got my passport 2 days before and not yet delivered. Irony is everyday they are calling and telling that they will deliver my passport the same day. If you try to call them back, no body attends your call. Worst.. Pathetic.. Disgusting courier service ever.

But till today no one from the courier has called me and when I am trying to call them, no one picks up the phone at all!! BLS must change their courier immediately because clearly Blitz do not realise the importance of a delivery of an important document like passport.

You sent my passport to Al Ain instead of Abu Dhabi and instead of trying to find a solution, excuses were made and tried to blame that ignorance on me. I missed my flight because my passport was with your driver. I HIGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY.

B SheikhThe Worst ever courier service in the whole UAE, very very very unprofessional staff and attitude they have. They don not answer your call, by chance if they do they will hang up on you. They suppose to be service provider but listen to this, i called after some many tries the finally answer, i asked for my very very important shipment, the staff turn around and said to me well our courier guy will come near your area, can you go and pick from him and i was surprised to hear and the time they given no one turned up and not even bother to call, still waiting for my delivery and because of them i missed my 2 meetings as i was waiting for my shipment, I would like senior management to take some serious action on their team and please hire professional staff.

Even after making 3 calls they keep saying we will check and call you back and they never call. On their website it says out for delivery on 30 January 2016 and till date i dont have my passport. I dont understand how did BLS agree to sign a contract with this Shitty company.

Mylene HowardExtremely disappointing!!! Never been so upset. They provide the worst delivery service ever. They were supposed to deliver me my letter on the day they called me, they finally deliver it the next day. I asked them to bring my me my letter in the morning as I had to take my morning off from work only to have my parcel delivered at 4 PM. Please avoid the stress, avoid this company! Very unprofessional.
