    I have the building recently, it is old building with poor lay out and design. Common areas smell bad. Also most of the common areas toward the pool and gym doesnt have air condition. I have contacted the agent which is russian girl (Elena Klatt). She is the worst agent I have ever met. She was supposed to be agent for showing one apartment, she is unprofessional, has harsh behavior, poor communication skills, and doesnt have experience. I really cant imagine how people like this get into this business.
